um specs...
intel dual core 2.4ghz (I think, don't remember exactly off the top of my head) 2 gigs ram, ati 2600HD 256m, DX 9... not too spectacular, like I said most of the image quality comes from manipulation (the focal distance, halftone pattern, saturation etc)
I do run textures at ultra and models at high though...

I'm on a Geforce 9600GT, excellent card. Cheap + outstanding performance. (Preferably DX9 though). Runs COH on max.

NiS tool is built into the worldbuilder. Those are the 3 tutorials I read.

draje175: so, its imbalanced that a 5cp, 150 mun, never-use-again-cooldown ability can severly hurt turtling, which, even if your british, is a very bad idea?
