I contacted my router company, I can't change NAT settings, and they are set to closed.
It will only let me join like 5% of all games on CoH.
Have this same problem for XBL but don't care about it as much.
How do I fix?

You can forward ports on any router, what exact model is it?
When you what model you got, you can probably find it here:
http://www.portforward.com/english/r...outerindex.htm
And there is a detailed description for all routers about port forwarding for CoH.
