    How To: Increase Population Cap (skirmish and Campaign)

    How do you increase the pop. cap in all game modes? It's a bit too restrictive to be stuck at 75 and I don't think it would unbalance the game, as surely the enemy would also keep building until they reach their own pop. cap?

    Please move to How Tos.

    generally a "how to" is a tutorial on how to do the thing in the title. Not a question asking how to do something. .

    Sorry, should've called it a request. I posted it here because you can't post in the 'How to' section, they said to post it here and ask a mod to move it.

    I tried it, don't understand how to do it. I couldn't find the files mentioned. Do I need some sort of tool?

    create a mod, open it up go to attrib\racebps\allies_rifle_company, gets as simple as that
    "Airborne, death from above"

    I've opened the attrib folder of the mod, the next two folders are 'ebps' and 'tuning_bags'. No sign of racebps.

    Look down the folder list, it's three folders above sbps.

    Double click the allied_rifle_company.rgd
    open the race_bag, double click.
    Then go into race_population_cap_table

    change the base_personal_cap and max_personal_cap to your desired number.

    When you save that the allied_rifle_company will turn red, denoting it is now apart of your mod.

    Here is the path I'm following:

    DataAttrib/attrib/ then the next two folders are : ebps and tuning bags. ebps/races/allies, allies_commonwealth, axis, axis_panzer_elite and all of these lead to a 'soldiers' folder which contains many files, but not: allied_rifle_company.rgd. What am I doing wrong?

    its not in ebps, its in RACEBPS (caps so easy to find) its below "posture" and above "requirements" (its in alphabetical order)

    u r looking for it using windows explorer, arent you???
    if so, then no wonder u cant find it

    u have to open the mod in Corsix Mod Studio,
    then all the folders will be there

    Hi to all,

    i love the Blitzkrieg Mod. I created a copy of it (name Blitzkrieg 2 ) and changed some things in there (for example weapon drops (MG42, Bren...) and squad size to 10 and many changes more). I also want to change the max pop cap in the Campagne (there u have only 75) its much fun to play the Campagne in BK ore BK2 but with 75 popcap..

    The way you explained here has no effect to it

    Hey there, welcome to the forums!

    In the future, you can create your own thread instead of bumping a 3 year old one. You can't set the population normally for the campaigns, as campaigns are scripted maps. If I recall correctly, you'll have to edit the .scar file from all the campaign maps to set the max population.
    These files are located in Data\scenarios\sp\
