    One area though of concern is that the American AI will spam almost exclusively Calliopes and Rangers, dozens of them.
    I think it will happen when they have a lot of man powers but no fuel. If they have much fuel, they'll combine it with Pershing, even sometimes Pershing is everywhere on the map, very rare infantry.

    German AI seems don't know how to kill Pershing, and most troubled if the allied is armor division because there is crew repair. Pershing is unbeatable, even there's Tiger, Panther etc (I still see Tiger's shot range is shorter than Pershing, same goes to PE Tiger Ace which cost 1000). Only King Tiger makes them flee. Even if they fleed away, crew repair is there, and they have a good health again.

    Several occasion when I'm encountering more than 8 Pershings, German AI is really, really on defense until losing HQ. So I have to chase them myself. One important thing is both have quite same amount of fuel.

    Anyway, I see an Elite King Tiger always repair itself, however little the damage is. So it rarely shoot when surrounded.

    Beware guys. This is an english speaking forum and all the post here should be in english (at least part of them). We already had some warnings from the moderators because we had used too much french. Try to put the english translation (it is a good exercise).

    an then put the link here.
    You just have to create an account (I don't think it is even necessary now but it is better if you want to manage the files). It's free, you don't have to wait and you have an unlimited amount of space.

    I have tried to put a mix of map like river map, victory point map, plane maps, snow time map
    im open on all advise to make the thing advance or better
    there is an readme infomap for all with their respective name
    they all got screen load and screen for map base and map slots
    only 3 of those map can bze played in victory point mod
    Have fun and don't hesitate to tell me if they got bug or thing to improve

    Ok first thing... New maps, Awsome Tarlak501! Can't wait to try them out.
    Second... Maus? Is this true? Oh please let it be... First V2 now if the Maus is added it would be Christmas all over again. It would be slow yes , but perhalps an engine upgrade much like the King? Would be more a terror tank, not defence or blitz, perhalps the Jagdtiger could be moved to blitz or PE tank destroyer, Maus may also work good in PE tank destroyer.

    Hey Tarlak501. I've looked over your maps and they look awsome. However, any chance you could make them sga? I don't think you can play sgb maps in mp games. Other then that keep up the great work!

    actually im playing on nhcmod 2.6 with those maps, i have put them in THQ\Company of Heroes\NHCToV\Data\scenarios\mp and work good.
    I have tried in sga format and their are no recognised in nhcmod mp folder or the folder for sga who are in mydocuments\\My Games\Company of Heroes\ww2\scenarios
    i think cause game mod launch in -dev mod so it dont catch the sga maps

    I don't really have time to test it completely. So if anyone have time to test it and tell me what is worth being included in the NHCmod, I would appreciate.

    Ratte is just a paper project (no motors, no gun) and is just a "UBER slow mobile bunker with cannons". Just defensive action and very usefull in battle : too slow + too big (aircraft killing this in 1 minute :P)

    3 Maus tested and is ok but not mass production (due to time) running.

    ok so i went through the mod fairly quickly due to x amount of crashes.. whats worth picking out is the 10cm mortars and the ss troops and on allied side... well i guess they could get the stealth jeep & 105mm mortar,
    now what he has done is basicly combine all doctorines from both teams of each side and making Brits and PE support teams, which i think ruins the game..

    I do agree with naab007 that it does kinda ruin the game. But then again thats what alot of people think about mods. I really think adding the heavy mortars would be a great addition to it. And also adding the building skins and flags.

    Oh no! I didn't want the Ratte, way to big. I just added the pic for humor factor, haha like. The Strumtiger however...
    Here is a pic of the Maus that saw some action and was blown up by the crew so the Russians couldn't play with it.

    Personally I want to park it on one side of a bridge with mg support and yell "Red rover red rover! Send the Russians on over!" with me vs 4 ai on hard and see how I do. I love the no pop cap feature which creates a thick mob I have to push back, I've failed more times then won but it sure is fun!

    tarkin: if you try maps with aerial entry points, block off all until your ready to counter their shitstorm, really easy once u get enough resources, normally 2 firestorms and 1 or 2 v1's does it for me, along with 2 88s and some flakverlings please beware arty..
    steve6972: yea i liked your skins, something you would have used at that time if you were at the western front.. might just be worth including aswell.

    ab2531: new request : possible to create Infrared upgrade for panther ( just +5% or +10% sight / +5% or +10% "dexterity" or % chance of success for hit)

    It's last upgrade of real panther : FG 1250 infrared projector 200 mm (200 watts 12v) infrared support BIWA. 600 m sight.

    @Steve6972: I am very sorry but your mod is unstable. The AI does not like your new squads and it causes crashes. I don't want to add units that would make my own mod unstable and it would take a lot of time to fix your mod. The only things left are the skins but following the forum policy, I need to know exactly who did every skin. Unless you made them yourself, I can't use them.

    @seb4771: The Panther Command Tank has all these abilities and more.

    @Tarlak501: You don't need my permission to send your maps here

    @ab2531 Eventhough you cant use steve6972s units, they're a good concept, and shouldnt be too difficult to recreate, since I served as a mortar squadleader i would love a heavy mortar ingame.

    @naab007: I agree with the concept of heavy mortars. I will maybe add them later, for now, here comes the new open beta:

    -Daimler Armoured Car Mk. I available at the british HQ truck
    -Daimler Scout Car Mk. III available at the Field support truck
    -Panther Command Tank available to blitzkrieg doctrine
    -Panzerkampfwagen II available to blitzkrieg doctrine
    -Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus available to propaganda doctrine

    Upgrades:
    - Pop cost of Knight Cross holder set to 1.
    - "Request paradrop" upgrade requires "Call the RAF" upgrade before being visible
    - The Combiner is now compatible with Czech version of CoH
    - Cost of the Air recon ability of the radio operator is reduced for the Airborne Company.
    - Quick shortcut added to the RADAR.
    - Tiger Ace and German officer have 6 levels of veterancy.
    - Recoilless jeeps gain level 1 veterancy with the veteran paratrooper upgrade.
    - New icon for the Elefant to make sure that everyone can see it.
    - Blitzkrieg doctrine can call up to 3 Tigers. (+1 Tiger205 + 1 Tiger Ace + 2 regular Tigers= 7 Tigers!)
    - Jagdtiger's HP increased from 1500 to 2000.
    - All teams on any Flakvierlings can be reinforced.
    - Fix for the veterancy icon of captured M5 3inch AT gun.
    - Fix for the Pink wreck of the Jagdtiger.
    - Heroes are available if you start a new single player campaign. However, the reward menu will allow you to disable the heroes instead of activating them. Note that the AI will always be able to build heroes.
    - Rebuilt Elefant does not give a Jagdpanther anymore.
    - Elefant moved from blitzkrieg doctrine to defensive doctrine.
    - AT shells added to M36.
    - Tigers' and Pershing's main gun have the same range but the veterancy improve their gun differently.
    - New veteran Level 1 US Heavy Machine Gun Teams from the infrantry company get additional submachine guns.
    - New veteran Level 3 MG42 Heavy Machine Gun get an additional MG42.
    - V2 cost increased from 325 ammo to 350 ammo.
    - Recharge time of Aces' self-repair increased.

    I don't understand it either. A buddy and I were playing a combiner with me as soviets and him as British. He built the radio to call the RAF, built them then noticed a blank button on the radio he clicked it and dropped in some commandos. Instead of the normal ones, he dropped in some commandos with miniguns (was just a flamethrower model with a minigun attached), what looked like bird bazookas, and some other gun. They got vet at a fast rate and when they hit vet 3 they added a command point. We tried to replicate it, but so far have had no success in doing so.

    i've tried most of the changes and everything seems to work normally. favourite modified unit: the jagdpanther. looove the new skin and increased range. the maus is fun but like in real life, usually comes too late. 3000 is a lot and in my opinion it's not as powerful as the jagdtiger. the new elephant icon feels about right. that unit is a drag. niiiiice job!

    So if I understand correctly about the commandos someone found how to get the hidden minigun (made by Uccido) from the mod. These are stuff replicated from Worms World Party™ :

    There are hidden stuff in the mod that normal people are not supposed to found. I should have deleted them in the stable version but I did not fell like it.

    it's not as powerful as the jagdtiger
    Strange, it has exactly the same weapon stat as the Jagdtiger's but with a longer range.

    I would increase the penetration power of the secondary weapon on the maus & the cost is too high, and if you add more prototypes, I would suggest an upgrade allowing them..

    same stats? i guess the maus just came so late in my games there was nothing left for it to destroy, except some infantry (and it's not so good vs infantry...)
    to come back on the elephant, it really has no range...i would gladly see it replaced with a jagdpanzer IV or an AA unit

    Strange once again, it has exactly the same weapon as the Jagdpanther's but it aims bad against infantry and the Elefant moves slower. The only real difference is their line of sight. Since the Jagdpanther got a tank commander I have increased its line of sight by +10.

    @naab007: I don't want it to be cheap. You are not even suppose to be able to get it until it is too late. It is already practically invincible. The secondary gun is the same gun as the one of the Panzer IV F.

    Good 2.601 version "MAUS poweeerrred"
    Panzer 2 is very cheap but fast & cost nothing for sight recon but why just Pz2, not pz 2 Luch ? ( very good motor 200 ch: 60km/h very fasssstttt, small armor, good 2cm kwk 38 L/55)

    Love the mod, but the tiger ace is way overpowered. I was versing my cousin and he had a tiger ace and a king tiger, i had a firefly ace, 6 fireflies, 2 comets, and that other 17pounder tank. he two tanks blew up all my tanks and barely got hurt. His ace took out 6 of my tanks before his king even showed up. He had no infantry support either and no engineers. You should either make the tiger ace weaker or make the firefly ace better, the main problem is that the firefly ace can fire every 1.5 seconds after he hits a certain veterancy, while my normal firefly fires every 8 seconds. You should also make the firefly better my decreasing reload time. I have never won playing as the allies since i started using the mod, the Germans are just way overpowered.

    One error i keep having is that with the combiner while trying to play multi-player and error always pops up that says "unable to create error, not enough room in temp file" or something like that. Please try to fix this error as i really want to use the Russians against my friends.

    euh, MAUS is uber ANTI-TANK vehicule.

    Real Maus Tactics : 2 pz4 - 1 tiger - 1 maus - 1 tiger - 2 pz4 and small infantry back.
    For gaming use : 1 anti-infantry vehicule - 1 maus - 1 anti-infantry tank vehicule. And find MG42

    Why assuming wrong statement that you can check yourself immediately? The campaigns works fine. Some mission are much easier with the heroes, some are much harder since you can also encounter enemy heroes sent by the evil AI.

    rewards are checked but when playing, it says they must be enabled

    hello here ! i put the maps for nhc mod with fixed named and bug on petit rhin and i have put some new mapstoo. Install it in THQ\Company of Heroes\NHCToV\Data\scenarios\mp. If scenarios\mp folder dont exist create it, then put all files into mp folder
    All maps got load screen and screen for fix position and for random postion

    Vosges: mountain map 4 player medium size no vic point on it
    Barbarikoum: 6player large map river no vic point
    Collision: 4p xl map vic point on it
    Der rhein: 6player map large river no vic point it
    Gare: 4p medium map snow and vic poin on it
    Janvier 1945: 4p medium map snow and vic point on it
    La route: 6p extra large map river and no vic point
    Nordwind 1945: 6p medium map snow and vic point
    Normand: 4p large map coastal map
    Petit rhin: 6p medium map river and no vic point
    Podium: 4p medium map river and vic point
    Rendez vous sur la plage: 6p medium coastal map no vic point
    Terre interieur: 6p large map vic poin on it
    Gefest: 4p medium map vic point and no river
    Gefest on river: same as gefest map but with a river

    I both like and dislike tarlaks maps :/, some of the maps are either buggy or unclear & end up confusing me, I do like their layout however and they're nicely detailed..

    Well I really like the Maus! And on a few map runs I was able to get it out in about 15-20 min while running on the no pop cap option thanks to the EF mod. Pleanty of time to stomp around against other tanks. Ran into some big boo boos against Russian and British AT as moving so slow, nocked it down to half life and with the two sides getting armor and infantry support I had to slow tail it backwards to repair. I hope the AI with put it out, I wanna try to stop it. About the maps by tarlak501 so far I've had no problems except for the recent map pack which the link is broken. Fixing anything?
