"Bad Post" function query

Hi, I was lurking around the 40k tabletop forums when I encounted this little mess and decided it was best I reported the thread to have it locked/moved/cleaned up as quickly as possible. I'm sure the mods/admins would have picked it up sooner or later, you guys do a good job of keeping this place clean

But, apon hitting the "Report post" button, I find that it should only be used for spam, advertisement or problematic posts (which have been outlined as harassment or rude posts).

Now, this thread has breached a few of the forum and section rules (phishing for stats, no "what army should I get?", posting in the wrong section).
My question is: Can the report button be used for threads such as this or is it only for the offenses listed?

Rusty the blurb in the report is hard coded in,from what I've gathered.The report button can be used for any post thats in breach of the Guidelines.

If it breaks the rules, you can report it. We file them straight into the waste basket check them regularly.
