    Unwrapping, yea ofcourse, I skin most of my units made for one mod for CnC Generals, but I'm not good with skining I could just unwrap them.

    EDIT Burton if you could, send me some of the infantry weapon models I made with 3ds max, cuz now I dont have them, (pc died half shit was saved, but nothing from coh models was left)

    if OE didnt keep closing whenever i try to open an RGO i could probably figure out how to do it...

    edit: *facepalm* found the solution.

    edit(2): *facepalm...again* doesnt crash anymore but doesnt open the file either

    It's the same process for adding other things to infantry: extract the infantry model, open with OE, make it so the weapon works with the bones of the model, and reexport.

    However, I'm sure I'm missing several steps, as I've never actually done it.

    I read a post where you ask something like how to make a model change of skin with an upgrade. Well I was playing around today with OE, and I found something interesting in the Tiger RGO. I guess you know how to work with OE, what I'm talking about is in tab named actions and is called texture selector. You can choose wich texture you model use with an upgrade, one that change the estate in the ebp, and you don't need to make new models because you can modify an existing rgo.

    Oh really? Thats very interesting. So you can link any upgrade with a skin? (Such as getting the MG upgrade on the sherman?)

    Yeah, it looks very simple, add this action, choose all the textures, add an state in the tab named data. Then create the upgrade in Corsix that change the state and is done.

    I think were doing great and i cant wait to just try the beta ( my coh needs to be updated once installed so why not get a look at The zombie mods when at 2.301 ) and than i think im going to make some zombies or something else

    finally got model exporter working (kudos to blade). will do up some UV maps for the models i got tomorrow. and will go to burton for skinning.

    lol me neither but appertly it takes about 5 hours to dload Photoshop... ( trail version ) hmm so it'l has to wait second of that my corsix wont run something about a missing dll.

    I downloaded your i downloaded a package that included one i downloaded corsix's version it says it cant find MSVCP71.dll any clue what that is?

    @ burton and anyone else doing skinning. how do you want the UVs setup, do you want to have a mirror style skinning like in CoH now. or do you want to be able to skin every surface. (left and right side mirrored vs left and right side individual)

    Well uccido depends on i mean having not to color both sides has an time advantage and will mostley look good but it will be harded putting decals on and same with having to do everything it will take longer but you'd prably have some nice decals on

    but i'd go for every surface,

    about the HMMV : is it possible to make the hatch openable ( for both commander and machinegun? ) and that the lichts go one when its dark?

    lights should be easy to do (its just an fx marker). as for hatch opening. i can definitely look into it. currently theres two HMMV models, one with a mounted 50cal built in, one without (transport). so its just a matter of a hatch for the cmdr.

    Back from AFK.

    Humvee looks good. Is it 1024x1024 or 512x512?

    I'd prefer being able to skin every surface, rather than having it mirrored, as this allows for more variation.

    EDIT: I need the 3ds files with the UVW maps set.

    uccido do you how normal maps because my zombie skins look quite proper wanted to take a screenie in-game but that was a fail so if i send them to you is it possible that you edit the normal maps?

    well i had a very lichts shirt but you can excatly see where the old shirt was just because of the normal but also i have some guts hanging out and that goes trough the old shirt ( with old shirt i mean the details of the normal map ) an that is just so ugly that i just need someone to edit it before even thinking of empleting it in the zombie mod

    under art/models/races/common/weapons/ it has rgos for each weapon type, which have all your animations for that weapon type. need to add animations for any weapons you import to the respective rgo, and then setup your weapons model as a regular model.

    like i said, still going over the process, gonna do some indepth testing, see if i can get one of mine in before i confirm a method.

    well for some reason i cant take screenies in-game when i press print-screen it freezes and i dont know how to start my mod in worldbuilder correctly since i have visa now and XP
