edit: just noticed the UAV on mesh isnt UV wrapped. lol. shouldnt be too hard to reverse map it tho

I think that it should be an ability cuz iit looks lame when there are icons on the ground :/ at first I thought the ravens fallow a squad till I noticed them dissapeiring when engies get shot down :d
it is an ability. targeted call in that will drop UAV down over target area, will fly round in circles til expired. at least i reckon thats the plan. engie UI is just for tests. already considered flight speed.
or perhaps upgrade that adds to squad. could probably find a way to have the UAV dependant upon a squad leader or sometihng. once the operator dies it crashes (funny cos it actually gives me ideas for it providing fire support for a squad lol.)

We're doing a UAV not a UAV/A10 anyway the predator wouldnt fit and would be bit unrealistic :/

Well I hope its possible as a squad ability, it should like circle above the squad and increase LOS alot. For us its lucky, we can make a new one hat doesnt exist that like has an mg mounted underneath to provide fire support.
I also wish it would be correctly possible have a helicopter hover above the ground and then have infantry fast rope down. The best thing like this is in the Joint Operations mods' helicopter BUT it still lands on the ground.
I don`t want to make you mad, just had a greath idea (i think so and before i will forget it...) where you can add everything you want, after the the main mod is done. Why don´t make the mod take place in Africa (like RE5) and pack in there US and UN to help in the land( just like it realy is today, but with zombies). I would like to help you with that, always wanted to work on a mod, soon there will be hollydays and I will have time. I can map and skin a bit and i want to teach myselfe a bit more.
We'll think about it after we finish this mod lol

eye slot needs more curve, and skull needs to be smaller. otherwise coming along well
Ozzy, the UAV needs the following changes:
Increase radius by 15-20 meters
Decrease speed a lot
Increase height a lot

Eh...try 10 percent, and if it looks to slow, make it as fast as you think it looks good. Check out vids on youtube for speed.
I thought by your vid, maybe a 1/3 reduced speed. I know in retrospect there prob faster in real like, but i reckon its supposed to give the impression of surveilance, and out of range upon fired on, so the height looks great coz any further you wont see it ingame, but if it where slower i reckon it would give a better impression for what its for. Maybe even try one of them with the camo applied to it, so semi translucent, see what it looks like. BTW they are really cool, if I hadnt mentioned it.

Well u guys have better idea with it ingame, but it took me about 3 to 3 & 1/2 secs to count in the video of it going half way around its motion, so roughly 6/7 secs for full motion, i just doubt it could circle its target with that diameter applied in that amount of time. I figured maybe another couple of seconds added to its rotation

looking nice, you can use the Alpha channel to get the barrel to look perfect and the 4 barrel holes to make it look perfect :P haha but regardless it looks very nicealthough isnt the empty middle area too big?
I used the blueprint while modelling it. I also have G36C - so, it has the smaller heatshield..

Blademaster, you're right - it looks better when alpha out.. Just the trouble with the mag - some dark triangles on the texture when ingame. Don't know what the matter..

@in general: gotta goto a pageant/parade tonight, afterwards ill probably finish UVing the M113 and animate it. so should be ready for skins within 12 hours or so.
