    Great mod. Any work being done on making the Nashorn gun look like an 88 rather the standard Hummel. It just doesn't look right with the shorter bigger barrel gun tank hunting.
    To achieve this you must fight with the alpha channel and believe me this is a very nasty fight

    I figured something like that. Just thought that someone went to the trouble to create a new model for the Jagdpanzer IV L/70, Schwimmwagen and Staghound that they might have had a go at making this gun real. Maybe they could use the TigerII or Jagdpanther Gun barrel as it was the same 88mm gun used - 88mm Pak 43.

    I am not a modder so forgive me if I make it sound so simple, I know it isn't.

    Probably the bob mod team using a 3d box which includes a model like stug to achieved this .Maybe the Eastern front mod team are capable to make such a thing , the rest of us we are skinners and we do moding using alpha channel. I think you should make your proposal there, this is a very good and historical accurate .

    Yes , Yes blah blah ....... forbidden historical things and let some other to repeat historical things , Like GAZA ( LIKE Warsaw POLAND 1943- what they had happed to them they repeat it now by 1000 % back).
    Anyway everyone knows it's forbidden but if you have some common knowledge of mod studio and paint editor It's easy to add whatever you like. I have already did it into my private mod , and It's easy also to add union Jack.
    Maybe you should use some Luftwaffe or Kriegsmarine flags instead that they are not forbidden . END OF STORY.

    What you said sounds weird to me although I didn't fully understand what you're trying to say. And I guess you mean Warsaw uprising, in 1944, not in 1943(?)

    No not the uprising of 1944 in were the crimes against polish people was also huge by Dirlewagner and Kamisky but I'm reference into the Jewish Geto uprising of 1943. It's not a very known history

    Well I really like your tech system.Nice stopage of game only started tank spam.

    Hope you will be doing the same for the lighter vehicles.

    What about adding the M7 Priest to the US since it's based on a M4 chasis?

    The priest is allready included on allied side, but you can only build it in the tank depot when you choose the infantry/defensive commander tree!

    I don't know if this has been brought up; but the British tank commander skin in the SP version has no legs and his gun is invisible;every tank commander(except American) their guns don't seem to show up.

    Just some bugs I noticed in it.

    @SoulAssassin: you can download those flags in the ammo box just look for them,I don't remeber from who they are but I downloaded them for realism in my games(I'm not a nazi admirer) or you can add them with Corsix as georider already posted.
    @Xalibur yes also as geo posted you could add the Kriegsmarine or Luftwaffe flags it would give more realism to this already beautiful mod.Also I noted that a single Tetrarch can destroy a Hetzer(already lost 3 to a single Tetrarch) wich is totally unreal,I have readed about the Hetzer and a Tetrarch has very little chance agains it you coul'd make it more resistant.

    Oh sry didn't know that.To be honest haven't played much of your mod.Just tried it a couple of times and I really liked many things but your weapon setup just doesn't do it for me.

    But especially what I really like are the tank crews for tanks.
    I must admit it was a stroke of genius.GG

    I will be shore to try your new tech system it really looks good.

    Hmm, frontal this is not possible. I set the penetration multiplier to 0.05, so the chance for the Tetrarch against Hetzer for a frontal penetration is only about 5% @ close range. So this must have been rear penetration hits or a lot of bad luck.... The rear armour of the Hetzer is 20mm, so no problem for the tetrarchs gun at almost any ranges (Q.F. 2 Pounder Mk.IX L / 50)

    All of you "non-modders" must know that COH knows no "side" armour for vehicles. COH only knows front and rear armour. That`s the misery

    @Xalibur well yes I recorded the game,watched it and I must say my luck is that bad the tetrarch attacked from the front nothing happened and then from the rear side and BOOM!!sorry Xalibur I can't believe I missed that.

    Does anybody know a good site to download Winrar? I had it but when it uncompressed the files it would freeze so I uninstalled it. So I went to Cnet.com to dl it but it appears it has a virus or something. I dont know which site to trust that has a good file to download.

    Does the new tech-up system only effect heavy tanks? Or does it affect tanks like the stubby or tetrarchs as well? Also, you should make the tech up costs different for each tank. Are the tech up costs for each tank different from each other (like tech cost of the hetzer and Jagdpanzer)?

    BTW, is the Hetzer veterancy fixed in this MOD? It takes forever to vet up in retail.

    A lot of its file size comes from the Maps he recommends using. I've asked Xalibur to release (along with 1.36) an alternative downloadable version without the maps.... I hope he considers it.

    Can't wait for the next release!!!

    I think I responded 2 you about the campaigns in another post somewhere. I noticed you asking in each thread. No offence but I have run through all campaigns Normandy, OMG and Caen on all these mods, as I was as inquisitive as yourself. I must remind you they are not without bugs, because rewriting scar files to accomodate all the new features of the mods are quirky at best...
    the mods that do work marginally good are Pofia, and Blitzkrieg, with both performing about equal (although Pofia I think has more content, but very close).
    Botb doesn't even try to run campaign, just run all skirmishes in historical order.
    NOR44, can't do campaign at all, there's just way too many different and unique units (By far the most historically accurate mod, IMO)
    thats about all the ones I tried. I also tried tinkering with the scars to attempt fixing the campaigns on the latters, but it does suck, believe me..
    I hope I come as some assistance to your search, happy hunting!!!

    Just posting to say that this mod is fantastic. I had an incredible game on Operation Goodwood yesterday - against 4 expert ais who build in total 31 tigers and 7 king tigers. Please don't cap then down My pershings fed well...

    I also thought that the range on mortar halftracks was a bit short. Barely enough - if enough at all to outrange an AT gun.

    Great job and looking forward to the update.

    WOAH . Nice job xali, this mod is so wonderfull, i really dont know what to say about it. I guess im in love This mod brings many things i`we wated till coh fist released. Flak artillery ability and specialy... REALISM. I love that u made those german heavy tanks killin machines what they should be becouse i hated most than anything else that when u got tiger, it was almost useless becouse cant take eaven m8/tentract out whit single shot, but thank god u fixed this :P. Awesome job. Keep on good work.

    Hello. I am unsure if this question has been asked before, and I apologize if it has. I recently tried to run the Single Player version of this game in an attempt to co-op. However, when I hosted a game and invited my friend, it said that he had an uncompatible version of the game, (said we weren't running the same version). We were both on the SP version at the time. My friend and I both have the latest patch. Can someone help? This problem also occurred in the MP version too.

    I play 4v4s with this MOD and never saw this problem. Someone once posted that you guys should have similar graphics settings. Do both of you have v1.35? Or maybe one of you has the Gold Edition while the other has both vCoH and OF....

    It might... I have Gold Edition as well and I've noticed that the Blitzkrieg logo doesn't appear in mine while it does with my cousin's vCoH/OF comp. I'm not 100% sure though.

    CoH has different logo's for CoH, Opposing Fronts, and CoH Gold edition, the same also goes for the loading screens. If the main screen logo shows up for OF but not Gold, my guess is that while a new logo was created for the OF logo, the Gold one might have been missed.

    @Crimson: I'm not sure if the Gold Version makes any difference, but I'm guessing it's a different problem. In case none of you has/had other mods installed so vanilla CoH files could have been altered (which would also cause the "incompatible version" in BK) make sure to check this:

    The "incompatible version" problem occurs if one or both of you lower your "Model Detail" settings in the graphic options. Leave that bar at the far right at maximum at ANY time to avoid that error. Exact same detail-settings for both of you aren't needed, just make sure that the model detail bar is at maximum, else BK won't work.

    Compatibility issues....

    This is what I'm talking about...

    vCoH/OF


    Gold Edition


    Both are running the BK Mod... Again I'm not 100% sure but maybe this subtle difference may have underlying compatibility issues with the MOD. and regarding the model detail... when we play 4v4s, all are settings are at the medium or low (depending on the PC) to prevent lag so its definitely not supposed to be set on the highest in order to be compatible.
