Man this mod is impressive.
Just played a few tryouts with the update and a few things I noticed. As American, I researched Defensive Operations but the build barbwire is still greyed out on my Riflemen. It says I need to research the Sherman M4A2.
The difference between normal AI and hard AI is amazing. Normal doesn't do much (produces few units and is slow) and hard is insane. Could be I'm missing something but thought I'd point it out. Maybe give normal a boost.

The allied MG teams, Americans they looked like 3 of them durning the whole map were invincible. They took everything from bombing runs to nuber rockets. I had a screen but when I went to paste it in paint it is black.
Edit:: It is not the americans mg team, they have a vickers, the 3 man vickers team, you can not kill them with anything. And I also have a few maps that say I dont have the same as be buddys and wont let me play

that invincible mg team happened to me as wellit was funny
i noticed AT gun squads are very hard to kill. i attacked a 17 pdr from the rear with a wirblewind and the AT gun stopped, turned 180 degrees and killed my flakpanzer.
i know that for balancing reasons, the quad 50. and wirblewind have don't have that great accuracy (it seems that an hmg team kills infantry quicker, despite having one barrel versus four, and the 20mm being one-hit-kill), but at close distances the accuracy should be boosted.
also i noticed the WM flamethrower half track is really underpowered. it took more than a minute to dispatch a group of sappers repairing an mg nest, while sturmpioneers murdalize riflemen in like four seconds.
on a different note, the new tech trees are genius! they add a lot of variety to the factions.
i have another request: is it possible to make de-crewed mgs, mortars, other dropped stuff and ATguns crushable because it would simplify the pathfinding of the vehicles
That would be with the CW Royal Engineers... Funny but last night I actually used them and they died pretty much like every HMG team. I even placed them in a building but got mortared and sniped to hell. uups this is no good. I will correct this with the next update probably this evening!I've found a bug, it seems you mixed up the American 60mm mortar barrage and the 107mm barrage. In corsix's you have it so the 60mm does 250 damage and explodes like a 105mm howitzer, and the 107mm barrage does 60.5 damage and explodes like normal. It's really weird seeing 60mm mortars tearing through everything, while the 107mm mortar fires tiny mortar rounds.

uninstall coh, delete every file associated with it and then reinstall it

Attach your last log file just after a crash so we can have a look at what happened.
SAS Commandos cannot exit trenches and kangaroo's. You have to have another unit which can get out get in as well.

A few other things I noticed:Falschirmjäger can't leave a building after entering and Streubomben are rather useless since they're all shot in the air, also they're expensive costing 100munition(maybe 75 would be better).
Artillery emplacements still won't fire when built 20 meters or so near hedges and other obstacles. Seems like the best way to build arty is in open spaces.

there are also some mysterious sync errors which occur when u try to make a control group or use the F1-5 building selection

i found a bug: presenting the "Invinsible Machine Gun"
....yea well i was on a level and ai went Royal Engineers i then got the vickers MG and built 1 then i put it in a building 3 PE panzer grenadiers fired pot shots at it
i thought: ok that seems nomal
then later a jagdpanther and 2 kingtigers were attacking it the HMG was unharmed didnt loose a mm of health

The map Reversed Defense is bugged, if you play it in annihilate it still has the control points and the map never ends.

Also, it makes life much easier if I know EXACTLY what's happening when it crashes.
What's the difference between hmg section and hmg section build?
Edit - it doesn't look like anything with the sbps file, or the ebps files associated.

I second the earlier poster who suggested the Wehrmacht fixed artillery at 18 population points is very high! Controlling half a four player map that was a quarter of my whole force! How about something like 12?

imo the hmg bug appears when the CW or PE AI wants to build a hmg squad

The problem is that 90% of all files in my mod are modified. So the official 2600 patched files do not exist if you play blitzkrieg. If there are any new entries within these files that are used by the ai scripts this could cause the crashes I think, because these entries do not exist in my files. Damn relic for 0% modding support.
I will recreate the MG teams using original 2600 files, and hope that crashes will disapear... Trial and error that`s the only way to find out. And this costs many of my nerves...![]()

i played against humans, it could be because of the new updates (people not updating or not updating properly)
I've found another possible bug. The American howitzer inside the emplacement is not invincible so it can be destroyed leaving a useless emplacement. However, the Axis howitzer emplacement's gun will only be destroyed when the emplacement itself is destroyed.

possible bugs:
- paks dont get veterancy (or just invisible)
- the US 57mm ATgun is 280mp while the 76mm AT is also 280mp
- the bofors still has insane range
I've seen the "Invincible Squad" as well a while back, but it was vs a US engineer squad... they were in the water and I had rolled up a Puma w/ HMG squad for support... had to withdraw because... well... they were studs.
Confirmed, BOFORS range is still awesome...
In the water makes all infantry super tuff, I think its a COH thing not the mods issue. So be careful if you set up defenses over looking the water the bots will run right over ya

It should be, but as a matter of fact infantry get's nearly invincible in shallow water. Happened in vCoH ages ago and is still not corrected by Relic AFAIK.

- the tank commanders' off-map arty is not working in spite of having researched and unlocked everyting and i have put a tank commander into the tank, it says "tank commander is needed"
- infantry (i only tried US) is only able to reach vet3, is it intentional or there is no vet4 for them?
