Chrashes when using Vista

If you experience frequent crashes and you are using Vista, try this to fix it:


Change your "Texture Details" and the "Effects Fidelity" to medium and see if it helps solving the problem.


This is a temporarily fix, Relic is aware of the problem and working on it!

Improved memory heap management to reduce 'out-of-memory' crashes that were plaguing certain systems, including 32-Bit Vista on High and Ultra settings. Often reported as 'error 183 failed to create to create dump'

The installation does not complete or after installation, the game does not start correctly

This problem occurs because the real-time scanning feature in some versions of Spyware Doctor causes the Kernel32.dll file to fail or to become unresponsive.

To resolve this problem, try the following methods in the order that that they are listed.
