    Override Graphic Settings

    So here are my system specs:

    Core i7 920
    4850x2
    6GB of RAM
    Vista 64 Ultimate

    I cannot go higher than Low or Medium settings. How can I change this or manually adjust the settings? The boxes are all greyed out?
