is there a mod with just all the colours available in the army painter?
i cant edit the lua files to a sga file...it would be so nice if someone can make me a sga just to get all the colours in the army painter and other colours for the singel player

I really wish someone would just come out with a temp fix for the command squad crash. It looks like 1.4 isn't coming out 'til late august.
Yeah but its the beta not the final version. You can opt in to use it or not. With the final version you will have to get it.isn't the patch they just put in 1.4?
hey, idk if im just doing the installation process wrong, but i get as far as the first mission and when i click on the command squad dow2 crashes. am i doing anything wrong?
No you're not.
The game crashes because of a patch and nobody has fixed it yet. Not completely sure if it'll ever be fixed. Just wait I guess.

It gives squads veteran armor's, better weapons, more members, increased stat points per level, higher max stat points, command squad, increased boss damage & doubles enemy squad units among other things.
Its all in the readme, but because of all the changes Relic are making with their patches, the mod doesn't work at present like so many others & i wont be redoing it until at least after the 1.4 patch.

I've installed the mod, but I noticed that the medpack accesory is gone, is there anyway to get it back?
I'm new to this mod and just trying it out now. It crashes every time I start a new campaign and I think I've pinpointed it to when I try to select a squad.
Can I just clarify, as this thread is far too big to read through the whole thing, does this mod work as of now or is Jaylo waiting for the official patch to make it work then?

I am waiting for the the 1.4 (1.5 now?) patch before i redo the mod with the patched files, i'm also going to look at what else i can add to the mod.
Currently all spawned enemy squads are double size but pre-spawned ones are normal, i've found where to change this in the scar files for the campaign so i'll be adjusting that.

I love this mod but a small suggestion here....could you put a helmet on the Chaplain. It's just seeing Gab's face doesn't work for me.

The chaplain is a unique unit, so i have the choice to put either a standard marine helmet, standard beaky or unique head on to it.
I rather think the unique head wins hands down, until we (maybe) have access to the models that is.
HA, I love the new look! If you can find someone to do textures you can remake a normal space marine helmet to a chaplain helmet.
You would really need to change the model of the helmet to have a skull on it, as just adding a skull to the texture of the marine helmet would'nt look very good imho.
The patch is here, i guess i'll start redoing it over the weekend.

just when i wanted to try out your mod, the new patch broke everything. so it's good to hear you're working on it.
All the original mod files are now done, i'm currently increasing the pre-spawned enemy squad sizes to double size to match the already done spawned ones, via the mission scar files.

Ok i downloaded the file but every time i try to put the folders into the game assests folder it asks if i want to replace the folders, which i dont, but when i extract them to that folder it just creates another folder inside the game assests folder that doesnt work. what am i doing wrong?
The mod hasn't been updated for 1.5 yet, so just wait till jaylo138 updates it for the new patch!
I would say the assault cannon. Also is someone going to make this able to be played co-op just like an earlier version of this mod was done.
As i am about to post it, i've included all three so it can be changed to which one you wish.
As long as i remember, a chaplain is a close combat objekt.
And i would prefer a power axe or sword, as long as there is no other item avaible. Assault cannon is very fine, but looks overpowerd.
So flamer is a good choice.
edit: As i remember the chaplain is part of the commander and the Healer with PA and the standart bearer with PS What happens to the tec marine ? Is he still part of the tac ?. So with AC they cant come to melee.Which means the commander is only usefull as a range too. Or did you change the group ?

Chaplain in power armour uses powerfist\plasma pistol or
powerfist\stormshield
Chaplain in termie armour uses powerfist\ranged weapon of your choice or
powerfist\storm shield
depending on what the fc uses.

but i got trouble with the chaplain-he shows pink glitches, maybe i drop a folder in wrong direction ? take it to game assets.

Wow, that's strange. I've no idea what that is.
Are you using any other mod files except mine?
Is that a new game or did you load a saved game?
The menu screen is how it should be, the fc is normally displayed there with only his default weapons, so the chaplain is being displayed with all his wargear pieces, & since they don't combine it looks a little skewed!

It´s a 1.4.2 BETA save game ^^ sry,but this was the fastest to see how he looks as termy. Started a new campaign,lets see tomorrow what happens.Big hugg.
Its always best to start a new campaign, especially since this is a full reworking to 1.5 files.

If the game runs with the -dev command it won't work to play online (ranked or coop), so you're right that mod stuff needs to be in .sga filesI think the files need to be in sga archives to play co-op, anybody correct me if i'm wrong.
