Anyway to play the 1up vs relic 2.3 replay?

I think a year or so ago relic played 1up in CoH with 1up coming out as the victor in the match. Unfortunately the replay's for the game don't work in the newest released version of CoH and there aren't any videos of the match on the interwebz.

Is there anyway possible to play these replays now?

You'd have to reinstall the game and patch it up to 2.3 and no further. Alternatively, Tales of Heroes did that replay if I recall, but I can't seem to find the old episodes on GameFire anymore.
