    First step : Be cool

    Second step : It seems that your soldier's .abp point to all the correct models, since there is no missing .rgm blue box, but that the fallshirmjager model mess all his textures without exeption. So check in your .abp where is this fallshirmjager model.

    Third step : Then open the .rgm and look where must be located the textures.

    Now you have to :

    - edit the .rgm to make it point to the textures if you already have'em in your files.

    or

    - move the textures (and maybe rename'em ^^) where they must be.

    BTW the texture should be only the leaves and maybe some accs of the fallshirmjager body, so it would be easy to find if at least they are in the pack you downloaded, wich i hope

    The first advice made it. As I thought it over again I suddenly remembered that I changed some folder and file names when I installed them. Normally this isn't a prob as the correct appearance of the Osttruppen_leader shows (wasn't the first file I installed , changed or modified).

    But in this particular case the included rolevariation files seem to make the difference. Unfortunately I still haven't learned how to open, read or change .rga and .rgo files. So perhaps there was the need of making some changes there? I don't know..

    I now simply copied Slayers files again (without any changes to names nor pathes) and voila: My leader finally has his troops... Additionally the platoon has been reinforced by Panzerfaust, radio and medic.

    Hi there @Slayer...how you been? I hope fine my friend I'm eager to play Pegasus Mod...so far I have liked what I've seen,as I'll help you with anything you need...but I'm writting here 'cause I have a little doubt about your current skinpack...I really like it but I was just wondering if you'll add some more color hehehe...I love the gray the Wehrmacht uses wich I find pretty accurate but I want to know if besides the Stormtroopers you'll make some "Splittermuster" camouflage skins also for the Wehr...the actual RGO or RGM edits gives you/us great variations so I think a little more camouflage will be a very welcome add-on for the troops
    just tell me what you think my friend...and it obviously doesn't have to be for the Wehr it could also be used for PE :P

    You can't, because as you said yourself, it's from his Operation Pegasus mod, which hasn't been released yet.

    I'm sorry but the texture shown on ModDB is no longer existent. But I did a new version with a slightly increased resolution which I think looks better.

    thx for your excellent skins and your tuts...

    Unfortunately I wasn't able until now to make normalmaps for my own conversions on some of the inf skins that are around.

    Every time I try to make a normalmap with GIMP I get things like this:

    The normalmaps come out so badly dark that my soldiers look all black. This Gebirgsjäger Oberleutnant should have a greyish uniform and not a black one. Additionally I get this black stripe on the figure's nose. At the moment I don't have ideas left how to fix this...

    Do you ever did some normalmaps with GIMP?

    Sorry I never worked with GIMP but this looks like you have a problem with alpha channel of the NRM map.

    My fault... I forgot to convert the.dds into a .rgt

    Seems that I finally produced my first working normal map..

    hey slayer, thnx for your godlike skinpack!! but can i ask you how i can use a single skin from random rolervation since i only want to use a grenadier model with full gear as my grenadier squad members.

    @wm93: Remove the Random_sniper line from the abp. The equiplesss variant should disappaer, but there will still be a variation with the Zeltbahn pack. For more you have to work with set rolevariations, search in the how-to section for this. If this did not help please open the apb, post it and make a screenshot of the model you mean.

    okay this is the "wehrmacht.apb" file for the grenadiers. btw i removed the bushes from their helmets since i only wanted the squad leaders to have em

    srry for the image you wanted since my laptop can't take a screenshot. but i can tell you what the model is. its the second model from the right of your grenadier pictures.(the one that is turned around showing his back) hope this helps.....

    Remove the "Rolevariations\\RandomRV_PG", line. This will remove the equipless variant (sniper rolevariation). There will still be some with, some without the Zeltbahn. Look for the rolevraitions tutorial to fix this.

    To deactivate the Random use of skins replace the volksgrenadier_wh.rgo with a original Relic one.

    hmm... when i removed the "Rolevariations\\RandomRV_PG" line, the models are legless with no gears and helmets. its funny to see but i don't want my grens to float around the field like ghosts could you possibly tell me what the problem is??

    What? That's strange, as this means "Wehrmacht\\Panzergrenadier", line is not rendered. Remove "Equipment\\equip_para", and try again.
