this thread concerns 1v1.
now i won't do the homework for relic balancers, so i won't be providing every exact number
lootas- upkeep too high > compare all other weapon suppression teams including more expensive ones like plasma devastator.
rule> more expensive unit pay more upkeep.
lootas coming in t2 pays ridiculous high upkeep.
population usage: 15 for lootas too high. tacticals are 15 btw.
all other weapon teams are 12 and under.
lootas could use some buffs to damage/range bonuses.
beamy lootas should be both AI and AV. once upgraded , beamy lootas fire shots at infantry doing about zero damage. why fire if you can't hit? it gives your position away.
beamy loota should be the ork's sniper. beamy defgun DPS too low.
tankbustas- too weak in DPS. and HP too low. pop usage reduced down to 8 or something.
otherwise compensate with high HP regeneration.
- barrage cooldown reduced.
-reinforce time reduced.
def dread-> greatly increase burna damage by 3x. this unit get kited to death by missile tacs.
increase speed of it by 0.5. (wraithlord speed).
rampage ability cooldown reduced. duration of rampage reduced but speed bonus to +4. (extra 1).
kommando power cost lowered to 50. (25 reduction). (warpspiders far better with teleport)
overall DPS of kommandos could be increased a bit.
infiltration obviously over rated in 1v1.
they can no longer detect with nob leader..
power cost of slugga nob reduce by 5. compare with eldar guardian warlock bonuses.
ELDAR
brightlance receive similar treatment as above upkeep reduced, scorch cooldown reduced per level by 5 seconds etc. damage increased.
carnifex vc- reduced damage vs infantry.
VC warrs- reduced damage vs infantry. this is ridiculous
knockback chance lowered.
tactical- melee resistance aura need to be nerfed.
upkeep increased.
predator>obvious
plasma devastator build time doubled. to 40 secs.
lootas take 33 secs fyi.
and last of all>>> experience point balancing.
