Is this performance normal?

Just wanted to ask if these computer components should yield the performance I'm getting in 3v3 games.
The Pc is less than a year old, I clean it often so it should run well. I've recently de-fragged, and cleaned registry with CCleaner (or something similar). I have the newest Nvidia driver that work with DOW2 (182.50 or something but not the 185 drivers!).
Anyway my specs are as follows:
Quad Core Q6600 @2.40 (stock)
XFX Nvidia 8800 GTX (Stock clocks)
4Gb Ram
Ip35 Mobo
Creative XFI Extreme audio (sucks I know xD)
Windows Vista Home premium X64 (I'm guessing atm if my performance is abnormal this is the reason :P)

All drivers for sound card are updated, latest Direct X is installed.
Anyway my performance is as follows in performance mode utility in options:
Settings: High (recommended)
Max framerate : 61
Min framerate : 19.5
Average framerate : 32
In 3v3 games though (Orks v Nids) I get a 3 bar performance rating, and the game gets pretty choppy when the action get hot. If anyone can confirm this is normal please do!
If it's not normal I'll post warnings log and DxDiag so we can see whats going wrong. Thanks in advance!

Yeah this is round abouts what I'd put your hardware at.
DoW2 has been know to really push hardware to its limits so an avg of just over 32 is pretty respectable.

I'm not too sure how good a XFX Nvidia 8800 GTX is but I appear to get better max and average FPS then what your listed and I have a ATI Radeon 4850 but weaker CPU power.

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 FX-60 Dual Core Processor , MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (4850)



Settings: Custom - it started on "High" but I then pushed up all the options to the max listed. The only things not at max are Texture detail and one of the 2 FX detail options. But that's because the max for those are "ultra" which are disabled due to my opperating system.
Max framerate : 75
Min framerate : 17.4
Average framerate : 35.4


My perf bar is always at the maximum.

im running 185.85 no problems(everything is set to max including ultra textures and fieldilty)
Max 132
Min 4
Avg fps is 62.3
Not quite sure why min managed to go down to 4 but :P meh :P avg is what counts lol

The higher your max FPS is, the lower your min FPS is
