Do you have a replay to show why Celestians are OP?
Units upgraded with either melta or multi-melta sacrifice their effectiveness against Infantry. If your dreadnought were to get in close combat with the celestians, they'd have a bigger problem on their hands as they wouldn't be able to use their melta weapons in close combat.
