Modelling Problems

I'm trying to create a ship, but Wings3D is giving me problems...

here's a picture:


Now the problem: I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to subtract the red boxes from the rest of the model (i'm trying to make a hole where the boxes are).

Do you want holes, or do you want to make the whole model hollow?

If you just want square holes, use extrude. If you want the whole model to be hollow, use intrude.
