Does Company of Heroes work with Core 2 duo?

My Company of Heroes crashes pretty often, for no reason at all. Since I play on Highest graphics in skirmish and I lower them a bit for online play I wonder if Company of Heroes works with Core 2 Duo? I got 2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo, and my rig can handle it easily but it just keeps crashing. If I look at the graphic options the bar is green and for 3/4 used.

This would be better off in the COH Tech Assistance forum to work out why you are crashing.

The Core2Duos are exceptional CPUs and would not cause the game to crash if it was healthy. Preempting the thread move, it may be worthwhile to take a look at this thread and provide the dxdiag.txt, warnings.log and hijackthis.txt that it requests

Does just CoH go down and leave you at the desktop (and if so, are there any error messages?), or is the entire computer locked up? Does the screen freeze with what was on it at the time or go black? Do you have stability issues in any other games, especially video-intensive ones? What video card do you have and how old is it? Does lowering the video quality to the bare minimum in CoH eliminate the crashing?

    Moving thread.

Why would incompatibility with your processor be the first thing you think of? Core 2 Duos are hardly obscure. Post the files GZ mentioned.

Strange - Core2Duo isn't an AMD chip. Do you mean Chipset Drivers or Graphics Card drivers by any chance?

Graphic Card drivers, but I really don't know what causes it. I did an update but It's still NOT solved.

In a state of perpetual confusion.
As people have asked you to do twice before, post your dxdiag.txt, hijackthis.log, and warnings.log files. Without them we are just guessing about what your system is like.

CPU Have little to almost nothing to do with your Game crashing, unless your overclocking it, which you arent. So the first cuplrit coming to mind is your Graphics card. Since you said you have AMD? but unknown kind im guessin you own a current 2000-4000 series ATI card the problem may lay in

    A) Graphic drivers, which you seem to update but didnt help
    B) Powersupply, It isnt large enough to power all your components
    C) Your graphics card may be faulty.
