Are you running vista?
Have you tried running the game from the disk startup menu?
If you're running Windows 7, then it's probably an old graphics driver. Make sure all your drivers are the newest version.

No, i'm using Window XP SP1. I've tried both icon on desktop and icon on Start Menu, on HDD too, but nothing happens
Did you install the v1.1 patch?
That might be your problem.
I've also found that the NT compatibility mode helps with various problems in Vista and Windows 7. Maybe it'll help you too.
