The Comprehensive List of community maps

So, following my bringing it up, I've decided to go ahead and make this topic. This is a list of all community maps available in dow2 (or, to be precise, it will be once people PM me asking for me to add it)

Ordering will be done alphabetically initially. Once ratings have gotten back, a list of star maps may be made and put at the top.

If you'd like to get your map added here. Please just reply with the following information. (By asking for your map to be added to this, you agree to having your map added to our mappacks)
Map Name in format: Name x.x (where x.x is the version number)

Who the map should be attributed to (if different from relicnews username)

Im thinking about doing a bit of cleaning up on Fangbreaka (theres a few minor visual issues i would like to clean up), when I do this I will compile a single SGA containing all my maps at that point along with any alternate versions included. Ill also keep a seperate singular download for those that only want one or the other of my maps.

Ill update you when it is done.

Ive updated both Fangbreaka Falls and Kasyr Lutien to Version 1.1

Im not sure how you want to list them, I created an all in one map pack containing both Fangbreaka and Kasyr, I also provided downloads for each individual map. Respective threads have been updated, they are still the same as before. Ill provide links to the new downloads and let you decide what to do for organisation.

Yes Map Pack can still be used, you may need to edit your module file though.

To get maps to load using patch 2.2.3 change your last section of the DOW2.module like below

The last lines are whatever map SGA files are. The reason You can put maps on the bottom is this. The archives priority goes from to to bottom. Mods that change stats go on the top, but maps that don't can be on the bottom and You don't have to change all the numbers.

Can anyone help me with this?
I downloaded the mappack from the steam DOW2 forums. I didn't see any obvious instructions, nor do I see them here. What I seemed to end up with, on my desktop, is a
DOW 2 mappack 3.0[1]
0[1]
file.
It's about 160mb in size, which seems right.

I can't manipulate it, ie. it's not an exe. I thought perhaps it ended up in the wrong place. I think other files were added to my 'steamaaps' in dow2, but I could be wrong.
I tried editing the dow2 modules final few lines as well, but only succeeded in making the game fail to start. That was easy to reverse at least.

The reason why I dropped it onto the desktop was because i figured it would be a rar. file which i'd need to unpack....did I need to download into another location? That doesn't make sense to me, but, dow2 has shown many mysterious behaviours....{which is for another thread, another time, the wonders of windows live.}

Can someone re-post the download link, it has stopped working, and does this map work with Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising? also does anyone know of any other 8 player maps that work in Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising?

Most maps listed here have been included in Maps of War map packs. The Maps of War site is no longer there but the map packs are still available

well im a modder also and i thank you for these .ill use them well manley to have some great maps while testeing mods.ty agin for your great work not alot map makers and people with map packs to dl.
