I don't know. I will try to get the beta up this week but I have to wait on models for the new IG.

Gorgutz: I was wondering about the possibility to get assault cannon, heavy flamer, twinlinked lazercannon and or lazorcannon & twin plasmacannon upgrades for the razorback?
The standard heavy bolter does not really cut it, especially not as iron hands where you want the machine to destroy anything.
And is it also possible to have u gunner on top of the tanks?
like for example,
Leman Russ= hv stubber, upgrade to mlti melta
Predator\land rdr: mlti melta/ lascannon
Razorback: storm bolter w/ sirex's idea.
Looted tank: big shoota upgrade Beamloota
Baneblade: Bagpipes *BLAM* Those assault cannons I sometimes see on the gw website.

Imperial vehicles should upgrade to either storm bolter or heavy stubber as a pintle mount if you want to be true to codex Same with baneblade. I think chaos can have storm bolter or havoc launcher (missles)
@G3N3RAL_GR3IVUS: The codex and lexicanum list the possible upgrades for the predator as: pintle-mounted storm bolter as well as with a Dozer Blade, Extra Armour, Hunter-killer Missile, Power of the Machine Spirit, Searchlight and Smoke Launchers.
These will be available in CE, as well as the turrets for the Razorback.
Where did you find an example of a predator with a multimelta turret?

Chaos tl bolters will function like storm bolters in the game though. I really need to finish CE soon... vanilla MP sucks shit so bad I almost want to delete retribution completely.

@Biskit: termies are relentless, so they can shoot and charge. they can shoot and charge with heavy weapons too.
Upgrades do really depend on the codex. Guard have some different upgrades that Space Marines don't (like camo netting). also, the current SM upgrades are pintle-mounted storm bolter, extra armor, dozer blade, hunter-killer missile (for most tanks).

Gorguts will we be able to summon a deamon prince from our chaos lord? that would be very cool, say like at lvl 10 and t3 you can buy an extra wargear for him that will make him a deamon prince and then have another set of wargear for him as well.
If we add a Daemon Prince in CE, it will be like the Daemon Prince from DoW1: an avatar-like unit with special powers, not a giant thing half buried in the ground that is the be-all, end-all badass "boss monster." That worked for the campaign but in CE, we'd have to go with a more "cedex" DP so that we can keep things consistent and balanced across the factions.
So any word on the new IG stuff?
I didnt mean the campaign one just a nromal deamon prince thats normal size like like the TT deamon prince that can upgrade to winged and all that cool stuff.
A question regarding assault marines, can they be mounted in transports?
I was thinking if someone (me) wanted an mechanized assault detachment assault marines with flamers in a razorback or rhino would be nice to be able to have.
Also for some chapters assault mariens in landraiders are quite fluffy, since it can hold 12 normal marines.

If ASM go on transports, I cant imagine how they are supposed to sit down lol!!!
One solution might be an "upgrade" that removes jump pack permanently and cost nothing and then they can mount transports, but can't mount transports if they have their jump packs.
Or alternatively, a tac squad that can choose between tac or asm? Isn't that wut sm's do once they completed being scouts?

I hope the baneblade will be restored to its full strength. I mean commmon,4 ork mobs(3 per squad) with uge hammaz smashing it down whilst it cant scratch them at all,wtf ?But the most annoying is those eldar and their various "cheese". Oh im talkin about vanilla mp,naturally.

ASM cannot mount transports in tt because of their jump packs. I would imagine that the LR can accommodate them for the same reason it can mount termies: more room in the transport area. The lash whip and bone sword are planned for the HT of course. Right now we'd have to animate the whip, as there are no "tentacles" being used in vanilla at the moment, but we are always open to more animators/modelers joining the team. If you guys can get the word out, that would speed things along tremendously.
Going back to the transport issue will wraithguards be able to mount in a wave serpent, or travel through web way gates? The rate of fire for the eldar missile launcher should be increased, if we refer to the codex it uses a single core for ammunition that doesn't require constant reloading after each shot. Even if the damage output was lowered just to reflect this.
Yes we could increase eldar missile rate of fire, as well as allowing wraithguard to use webway gates.
Can we get some screenies of the new models, if there are any?...I think we would like some eye candy to make us froth at the mouth...

According to SM codices, the standard variant of the Dreadnought is equipped with an assault cannon and a power fist. The 2x power fist Dreadnought is exclusive to the BA chapter and its successors. Could this be reflected in CE by having the unupgraded Dread come w/ an assault cannon and power fist? It would be more fluffy, in my opinion. In addition, is there any reason that the AC and Melta Dread lose their inspire? I mean, I would be inspired, seeing a hail of mass reactive death shred a gaggle of xenos.

Hi Ive just installed the mod as per the video, however the ucs file seems to be broken, as I'm getting a no range type error with the units name/descrip. Just wondering if theres any way to solve it (or if its a side effect of having retri installed).

Try removing the .ucs files from any and all other mods you have (just cut and paste them somewhere else, if you don't want to uninstall those mods).

Gabe have considered just releasing the latest update so we all have a version that works with retribution, leave IG alone and just make sure everyone knows they arent fixed yet. Because its taking a long time now and people are going to lose interest having to wait for so long?
Atleast this way we can all muck around with the other races and make sure any new additions and changes are balanced and working properly, then when you get hold of the IG models you can implement them and any faults that we may find in the next patch?
Who is doing the IG models anyway? Shuma?...Some other guy?...that shady character sitting in the corner?
Shuma doesn't like me for some things I said on other forums, so it's unlikely he'll work specifically on CE. That said, his models are publicly available so we can still use them. I had Nostromo working on SM stuff, and he finished the dreadnought arms and most of the new vehicle stuff, and I asked Shuma to texture them for us and he ignored me. So, for now SarahB360 is doing our modeling stuff, and when she gets through the IG stuff we'll be able to release. If I could get some more people to help me work on this, it would speed things up greatly, but I am grateful for whatever we do get.

Just for the record, i don't ignore Gabe more than i ignore other people who keep asking me to do stuff and that was long before he admitted to trolling the general forum for weeks so that really didn't have anything to do with it, and if i'm not working exclusively for this mod is for the same reason i don't work exclusively for any other mod, because i have my own mod to take care of.
I trolled one guy, Gorb (although there were a few klingons) when he followed me around the "fluff versus game design" thread just to harass me. That was it, and why can't you let it go?
For the record, I have some unfinished dreadnought stuff that is top notch from Nostromo, that would save us both a lot of work. Didn't you say you wanted to do all the dreadnought arms at some point? Well, this would help us both out and make a lot of ppl happy.
