For those living in Germany that did not yet buy Battlefield Bad Company 2 because they were waiting for the price to go down, Saturn is selling the limited edition for 33 €. That is 17 € saved against the 50 it costs in the Steam store. The downside is you have to live with the DRM solution they patched out for the Steam version.

would also like to point out that g2play.net only sells CD keys. if you were to buy from there, you would have to aquire the files yourself, unless it is clearly a steam CD key.

The Spirit Engine 2 has been released for free.
I highly recommend this one; it was well worth the $15 it used to cost. It's basically a semi-turn based little RPG that's very easy to pick up and play. Don't worry about the 2 in the title as it's a standalone sequel to a game that honestly wasn't terribly good.

Anyways, great RTS city builder with a unique style that's definately worth trying out.

GOG.com has just put up a classic: Independance War (I-War) Deluxe for only 5.99.
It's even been reworked to run in 3dfx mode on modern systems. They did a great job getting a notably finicky game running.
