Uh... I already know how to draw. I don't have much experience with digital painting though so I thought I'd give it a try and practice with speed sketches to develop a technique that looks good. It seems that's how an artist like Talros does his artwork and I wanted to follow his approach.

Project I'm doing for Graphic Design, goal is a Clarion athlete in art nouveau style, any criticism or help would be appreciated both for the figure and for the nouveau style. I've been told the pose is stiff so I'm working on that for the figure. I'm aiming for a Mucha-esque figure, and so far I've also been told to remove the logo, change the oval-border to make it more nouveau and then add a more-relevant sweeping motion.

His hip is wrong, the leg on the ball cant work that way.
so, doing some 3D for an introductary class, and we are supposed to make an alley with details, though the instructor wants us to add a bit of detail that would identify our piece as, well, ours.
This is what I made:
and its not the lamp, since that's part of our project as originally intended.
