eyes are a bit off from what i remember them to be, still, perfectly recognisable with the blue flight suit and raccoon-thing on her shoulder.
edit: Now with drinking horn and improved axe texture.
wouldn't it be better to have the design wrap around the top of the axe blade too?

Some of you guys know me for my avatar wizardry.
Well, Riess linked me to a lil comic strip Arioch did up recently, and I just had to avatarize two very key frames from it for those who absolutely <3 Outsider. Here's the link to the comic in question (Arioch, why didn't you post it here?!): http://well-of-souls.com/gallery/images/get_along3.gif
The only changes were to get the extraneous stuff out of the way to let the characters stand out, and to extend Beryl's torso down a little bit because the dialogue box cut her off at the hips, and the only way to make a square frame in the scale I needed to get her figure in was to fix that.
Anyways, enjoy. Also, Arioch, your ability to do chibis is frighteningly good. o_O I'm already afraid.

The only non-missile weapon it carries is visible on the underside. It's not very powerful and it's pretty much a last resort weapon, used to flail at any enemies until help can arrive.
I have no idea what Men of War is nor do I express interest in it.
I think I'm going to start my own thread for these, since I've got more and I'm putting effort into writing descriptions...I'll have to think about it.

Wow, that has a bit of an ID4-ship feel to it while still being very unique. I can see you like the saucer shape - this also reminds of that Loroi superweapon ship you drew up for Arioch a while back. (You do know he posted it to the Outsider art, right?)
I also like your choice of the gray with the red lights - very organic while still feeling technologic. How big is this thing? It feels like it's almost Mothership sized because of the scale to the lights and smaller features on it.

Are those all at scale with each other? Gotta say I like the Vok ships the most.
They are not. Scale varies widely, but I was just trying to get as many ideas down as possible.
I was thinking of the angels in Evangelion when I did the Vok. Storyline I'm running off right now is that they're a race that stumbled onto wrecked Imperial ships early into their development. Now they go around terrorizing human worlds, impersonating various religious entities in order to gain easy slave labor.
