You're using the included states to have a particular model such as the Ausf. G? Relic's model is an Ausf. A and won't look too different to the Ausf. A in this pack. The D and the G variants have rather noticeable differences though, so try switching to one of those to see if things are showing properly
To use the included skins, you'll need to add a critical_action for the texture swapper as it's off by default.
do_action_state_name = on
state_machine_name = texture_swapper

I finally got it to work. It seems like the problem was I was following the instructions too strictly. In the instructions, it tells you to do:
state_machine_name "panther_variation" and action_state_names "ausf_d"

Yes, I suppose that was more of an assumption on my part that the modder would know what I meant. I will change it to be more precise. But, I am glad you got it to work. Enjoy!

mmm...can you make it so the tank uses the 75mm pack howitzer sound or make a new sound entry...but as I said the first is the most easy 'cause I find it odd that a 75mm gun has the 105mm sound hehehe :P

Then perhaps it is your graphic settings. Your states are fine, with the exception of "commander_state", which should be "commander_upgrade". Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
ok it works now after i overwrite the files with the new loaded one.....
but the cannon doesnt seems to have a smoke animation when its firing

@Martin: A lower quality compared to what? The skin I`ve optimised from GnigruG has the same quality as the primary, only some adjustment were made. The skin itself didn`t loose any quality only because I removed/changed some details to fit the late model...

Hi Eliwood, I used your MG34 BMW sidecar model, and it works fine, but when the MG34 fires there's no sound (the motorcycle itself has motor sounds though). I'm wondering which of Lorankorn's soundpacks do I need to DL for the MG34 sounds? I checked my WW2SoundHigh and WW2SoundLow, and there's already an mg34_shots1 folder.
I also checked inside my WW2Sound.sga, and there doesn't seem to be a MG34-related .bsc file in there. Would that be part of the problem?
@Martin: This is strange as you can see on my screen that both Tigers have the same texture quality...
@Eli: I`ve noticed that the late version Tiger is not using my modified ocl file... I guess you forgot to link to the specific ocl file if state "late" is selected?![]()

Haven't deleted or added any new textures, simply modified relics Tiger with the new animator and states.
Think I'm missing this texture art\models\races\axis\shared_textures\tex_ax_tiger_ace_dlc_acc_diff It's path is in tiger_e_variants under Early_Tiger_parts
