This has happened to me the once and I fixed it but I forgot how to now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times now. I can not see any thing on the screen everything is in fragments and are texturized. and now whenever I try to open Company of heroes it opens the downloader and I have downloaded all the patches.

A warning.log could be helpful, also a screenshot maybe. I don't think it's a bug, sounds like a technical issue with your video card.
my graphics card is up to date and the relic updater is not opening when I open CoH anymore.

Yeah, I think this is more likely to be a tech problem with your system than a bug, so I'll move it to the main Tech Assistance area. Please post a warnings.log.

That looks a lot like the type of artifacting (artefacting?) that I got when my gfx card completely packed up.. My guess is that you'll probably begin experiencing display problems even just on windows before too long..
HOw do you post warning.log?

ok I posted the warnings log
It is not my graphics card because I can play Empire Total War with out any graphics problems.
Well I tried to uninstall it and reinstall is and now I get error code 10034:00000005 when I try to install it
