I just purchased the game, and my FPS is terrible (5-10 FPS) even on the lowest settings. Dawn of War 1 and Company of Heroes work fine with decent graphics, but DoW2 runs like crap on the lowest settings. Any help is appreciated.

Radeon X2300 simply doesn't have the power to run DoWII I'm afraid. You'll have to get yourself something newer.
I've tried to run DoWII on similar configuration myself, only difference being in m.radeon x1600, which more powerful than x2300, and results were horrendous even on low settings.
Thanks Jesus. I was thinking of upgrading my old desktop's card to a Radeon HD 4850. Would that be enough to run the game and other newer games?

A 4850 will be ample to run the game, probably medium/high settings I'm guessing.
