    By the way, for the langgranat icon i've change the whole thing to look like the ingame projectile, as there is no more better model than the wine bottle in the coh

    I got you, but the lánggránát didn't look like a wine bottle in real life. I understand that it would be good to have the wine bottle used for it though.

    Yes i know, thiky already gave me this image

    But as we have not the correct model ingame and as it's, finally, a little thing not very noticeable ingame, the best solution is to take the wine bottle and reskin it, using an rgo edit
    So it's why i've created a brand new icon for the ability and upgrade to feature the correct thing

    Hello guys, I was posting this in the ammo box, but I've just discovered this section. So I post my ideas here for the Royal Hungarian Army:
    Becouse modelling difficulties, I'd like to use existing models, with of course if the creators agree with this.

    So the Hungarian faction will not have any doctrines, it was a low quality military, supported the Germans.

    Tier1
    HQ
    Buildable units: Conscripts: the only infantry the army has, but can upgrade with different weapons for different roles (Standard weapon: .303 smle) upgrades: M43 Kiraly MG for close combat, Solothurn M30 LMG for anti infantry and supresson), grenades upgrade, Panzerschreck, these are upgrades, and one squad can have one weapon at the same time. Panzer I scout vehicle.

    Base defences: 2x Bofors 40 mm

    Tier2
    Field support Barracks:
    Hotchkiss light tank, Hetzer, 81mm Mortar, Pak 36, Field engineers (can lay mines, build foxholes, MG nests)

    Tier3
    German Requsition Center
    Panzer 4 F2
    Stug 3
    Panther
    Tiger

    Tier 4 (Army communication relay)
    Aeriel and artillery support
    Stuka bombing run, Off map artillery,

    you've got some nice ideas but a mod can't start only with ideas... did you have some skills in modding ? If not it's not too late to learn

    Anyway i'll not give you any sort of answer for the ideas you gave us as i'm not the master here

    @TheReaper: Not bad ideas, but the main point of this mod is historical accuracy, for example I don't see the point why they should have only one type of infantry armed with .303 SMLE.. There were seperate different units, such as Airborne or even SS. About having german tanks, it's on the list, but there were hungarian vehicle crews for it, I understand that hungarian soldiers co-operated with germans, but they did have their own armor as well, even if a huge number of German-built tanks were used.

    Hi, TigerTanker, I just looked around, and haven't found any armour for the hungarians, so I was thinking to work with the existing material we have, and it was a quick sketch. I'm a hungarian too and I know the hystory , but there isn't any available Hungarian armour to coh, sadly.

    Exactly. There's a huge project coming named Fortress Europe. That mod concentrates on creating a new system including the most important factions, including Hungary. Their team'll create models, we concentrate on the accurate historical background, corsix editing and textures, as well as model mixes and add-ons.

    Looks very good, mate. I'm glad to see you're improving. About the second skin with the red cross, it could be a support call-in to provide medical supplies.

    ^ indeed, I can just see a medical Ju-52 being used in an ability to paradrop an entity that can then be used as a Triage centre (like the Airborne supply drop, but with a healing aura and maybe madics?).

    That's an option, but it could also use the glider ability with the Ju's blueprint. Your idea sounds more realistic to me anyway. We'll see

    How should this work? The Ju does not have the needed animations to act as a glider. I don't think that this could work.

    We can make the Ju land as a glider, although the wings won't be broken if it conflicts with an object and the plane itself won't open either. But it will land and it can be destroyed. It has been made for the Battle Of Crete mod as well.

    Then it looks like this model is more complex in animations than all other existing planes. Good to know. Broken wings are not that important. Only the missing spawning possibility could be a problem, but the plane itself is not intended for. Does the door working for spawning soldiers?

    For spawning vehicles a Me-Gigant (giant) was needed.

    The door does not work, as far as I know. The Me-Gigant is an awesome plane, luckily Hungarian Airborne didn't carry vehicles, so it's not needed for our modification! In Serg's mod the soldiers simply appear in front of the plane, I think it's alright that way though.

    The Solothurn looks good ingame but it looks like the hands of the soldiers are not in the corrrect positions. Isn't it? If it is so, it's not really a problem, I only notice this in the screenshot.

    It's the same animation for any other LMG in the prone.

    Yep. Don't worry, they use the same animations as the vCoH soldiers, they've only gone prone because of the combat situation.

    I don't understand that statement. The hand holds the grip no differently than the MG42 in game. If you replaced the Solothurn there with an MG42, it would like exactly the same.

    I'm working on paradroppable supplies, credits go to VanAdrian for the box model and textures, and to HT, TD and Scruff for the Tante Ju.

    Note: The box models are open even directly after being dropped from the plane, that's something you'll have to ignore..

    yep i had this idea at start and get 3D Max to work... but it's too complicate for me so i can't do it haha

    I'm going to retexture the box and the munitions i've left inside to fit with hungarian object used during the war so it will be better and... if someone can be able to do a simple animation for the side which can be opened only when on the ground, it may be realy nice, and so more nice that this box can be finally used for a lot of faction like Red Army, the whole Axis forces and even allies

    (it was the first Relic attempt i think, as it was designed to be 1 ammo box and 1 fuel box, cause in the original attrib you got 2 differents abilities, one for the ammo box paradropped supplies and the other with fuel, replaced in the commercialized version with the new paradrop supplies model, again with 2 different model variation ^^)

    @Thiky, what do you think about the historical background of the movie? There's a scene where you can see a hungarian soldier running with german soldiers from the SS..
