i installed dow2 and chaos rising on my pc. the steam client
updated it to latest version. whenever i go to start my game it
crashes and gives following error

i tried everything while reading from net
1.) Updated video drivers
2.) updated directx
3.) uninstalled GFWL and installed latest version
4.) updated ethernet drivers.
but still it says failed to initialize gfwl live
pls help asap. thank you all
