    Man this looks greate..
I was wandering if it was possible to make the multiplayer part some like the game called SAVAGE: The Battle for Newerth :vikingb:
    Link

In Savage each team has a commander and the rest are solders.
The commander places buildings and the solders build em.
    S2games named the consept RTSS.

Dont even know if its possible to do this with DOW at its current state.
But the pics looks so nice that I just want to jump in to a powerarmor spiearing a ugly Orc while a mega mecha (titan ?)walks by YAY !!!

Not discounting the idea, hell I'd play a 40k version of Savage. Unfortunately, DoW seems not to be going down the path you are suggesting.
Shame.... but I have heard rumours, that a MMOG based in 40K is on the cards... I think they are seeing as to whether Warhammer Online is successful first, then go for a virtual battlefield, a la WW2Online, in 40k.

thats not reasonable to think at all. this is designed to be an rts game and you cant just implement fps. savage was designed for this. it would take a whole new game to do that

Ya i know, it would just ease my pain, to be able to play some like this now instead of 3-6 years out in the future when they have released there medievil shit (like everyone else),
and seen there is a market for games like that

But anyway 3D is 3D now isent it ?
so why sholdent it be possible to code FPS in to it.

Half-lifes: Natural Selection, is basically just a RTS overhal of a FPS, so why shouldent it be possible the othere way around...

(Hey im still going to play this no mater what, Kick ass YAY)
