    Here is a lil update for testing purposes.

    Log

    - GK AI CTD fix
    - More AI tweaks, that arent too obvious and can't remember exactly what xD
    - Krak Grenade and Melta Bombs Minimum Damage reduced to half
    - GK purifiers holocaust psy power tweaked a bit (havent nerfed psy powers yet)
    - Chaos Lords pricing tweaks
    - Black Templar Marshall HP value corrected
    - Tomb Spyder Scarabs max limit reduced to 15 from 30
    - Chaos Daemonettes squad caps fixed
    - Space Marines landspeeders and Eldar Vypers can't jump till T2
    - Vypers cost changed to 225req/45pwr from 250req/50pwr
    - Wave Serpent cost changed to 550req/110pwr from 500req/100pwr
    - Many tweaks to Psy Powers, many had min damage 50% of the max damage, which made them really powerful nukelike, i changed these to have 10% instead of 50%...lets see how that goes.
    - Included the Icons fixes for Slaanesh and Nurgle Chosen

    Before unpacking, make backups of AI, Atrrib, and Scar folders just in case.

    I wont be giving "tech support" about how to install this...if you're not sure how to do it, then dont bother with it and wait for the definitive PoK 1.54 which will come with an installer.

    Also, are there any plans to fix the Chaos Lord's special attacks/death animation in the future? Textures as well?

    What about those Leman Russes that go static after you give them the Executioner Cannon?

    Hey Melooo: if you're in need of a modeler, I'd be willing to be of assistance. I have a bit of experience with CAD, but that was some time ago, and I'm pretty much teaching myself how to do the modeling at the moment via tutorials/trial-and-error. I might not be fast at it, but if it'd help you out, I'm willing to do it.

    @ZeroSniper As I'm not a PoK mod team member, I'm not entirely sure on this, but I believe that the Dark Eldar are being worked on currently and the SoB won't be available until after the DE are finished. Last I checked, PoK doesn't have a large number of modeler's/texturer's/animator's at current, so new models/finishing races progress is going somewhat slow (understandably, of course).

    I guess we'll just have to "suffer" by playing as the Ordo Malleus for naughwe. :} jk

    @Adepta. And here I was planning to kick Wards little pets square in the nuts for a certain Khornate Knights incident. Oh well, I guess the sisters can wait a while longer before showing who the real chosen of the emperor are. Nothing like having a little Emperors Wrath on speed dial (even if Ward made sure to nerf it in that update).

    @bigwall11 You are correct, the SoB are now the, "Inquisition", which makes a little more sense, considering that when you play as the Inquisition, you get to choose which Ordo to be (although the Ordo Hereticus i.e. SoB isn't finished yet).
    I believe Titanium Wars renamed them the, "Witch Hunters".

    The Inquisition are the Sisters.

    The Sisters were replaced with the race, "Inquisition". It is the basic structure of the original Sisters from Soulstorm as far as buildings go, but you get to choose between being the Ordo Malleus (Grey Knights) and the Ordo Hereticus (Sisters).

    Inquisition race is supposed to have two branches if I recall correctly, and only the Ordo Malleus one is available right now.

    The Sisters were replaced with the race, "Inquisition". It is the basic structure of the original Sisters from Soulstorm as far as buildings go, but you get to choose between being the Ordo Malleus (Grey Knights) and the Ordo Hereticus (Sisters). The Ordo Hereticus hasn't fully been configured yet into the game. I remain unsure as to whether they are completed and just need coding, or another result is at play.

    Also there is a issue with the stormtroopers... they aim to the ground in front of the enemy not the enemy. Because of this, they do not make damage to the enemy unless they are close... very close, but then goes to close combat and tend to die very fast... :S

    This mod is fantastic.
    A really new experience for DoW, thanks to the realistic reinforcement system, the improved UI, unit upgrades and so on. The only "problem" (IMHO) is due to unit costs, that are a bit high and made the army creation a quite-long process. Anyway (with UA) it is the best mod for DoW!

    @Sparviero To counteract the problem with monies, I usually do quick-start resources and high resource rate (Yeah, I'm a n00b. ). You will still run out of requisition fairly early in the game, and therefore, still need to capture strategic points, but it doesn't take an eternity to get your army built up that way. Plus, with massive armies on, you can have a REALLY large number of Space Marines. ^^

    An idea I was pondering was having critical locations and relics produce more requisition than regular strategic points, since as it is right now critical locations are largely worthless if you aren't playing with take and hold since they produce only a small amount of requisition and cannot be garrisoned.

    @MaggotMaster I use CL's as killzones. Other players go to take it, and then you ambush them. Works like a charm every time.

    i usually lure the enemy in with a couple heavy bolter squads, murder a bunch of their troops with them, then move back to a certain location nearby of my choosing, put them through a chokepoint where i snipe the living hell out of them there

    works like an absolute charm against an ork AI because they ALWAYS follow you, all you need to do is kill about 20 boyz and that takes less than a minute

    Number 1: If the Necron and Revise:
    From there I even now have a new edition.
    Point 2: Can the Blood Angels also make orders as playable as the Black Teampler.
    Because of the mod Blodd Angel is indeed not at all more.
    And would be happy micht as more playable version of the Order.

    The Ork AI (much like the real deal :P) is incredibly simple-minded, and is also easy to provoke (try firing like three bursts at the Orks: it'll bring the entire freaking Waagh! down upon you ). It just builds a solid mass of Boyz and then they go in shouting "Waaagh!" whilst wielding an assortment of Choppas. It makes for some of the best video game massacres of all time ever, esp. when you have four Land Raiders (one of each variant), some Sternguard, Devestators, and Chapter Master + Honor guard and Captain + Command squad. ^^

    One of the other greatest tactics against Orks in PoK is to simply stock up on elite CQC-oriented troops *coughchaoscough*, have the Orks run down a narrow path, use the Chaos Basilisk (Siege Masters) to pulverize them, and then block off their retreat with deepstrikes. Chaos Termies have a way of butchering Orks in a comedic manner, not to mention that the Chaos Lord with Servo-Arm and Daemon Weapon has some of the funiest sync-kill animations I've ever seen.

    Strangely enough, I haven't fought the SM AI...although I hear it's pretty beast.

    Usually, if there's Space Marines, I'm playing them.

    Although personally, I would prefer to see the Inquisition finished before campaign or Dark Eldar. I want to see how the closer-to-codex Sisters of Battle can stack up against the new and improved Necrons.

    @Sparivero Yeah, the AI seems to be pretty autonomous...I no longer seem to have to save my Eldar/Guardsmen allies.

    So I get extra time to devote to diabolical methods of assault and destruction of the Emperor's foes. xD

    Out of curiosity, has anyone else encountered a situation where a hero (Space Marine Captain, for example) has roughly 600 morale points or so (I think), but when attached to his personal retinue (Command Squad) the morale is lowered to 180 or something? Detaching the Captain returns his morale level to original. Does anyone know if this is intended, or a glitch?

    Morale is squad-based so if he's attached, his morale is overridden by that of the squad he's attached to.

    A similar bug occurs with any commander that can attach. Another morale bug that happens with all commanders is if the squad is broken while attached, and you unattach the commander, the commander will have all of its morale, and will no longer be broken and vice-versa.

    It's not specific to this mod, it's a limitation of how the game was originally designed.

    Hmmm I think that texture issue on the Leman Russ is about the RSH, thus only visible when playing without "team colors"

    I think the wraithguard death anim issue is about the type of death, probably forgot to specify it in the OE, shouldnt be too hard to fix.

    about new necrons or new stuff generally, very unlikely :/ im just polishing what i have, you know fixing bugs and etc.

    I see. Hold on, you mean that in general it is very unlikely that Pok well ever see new models or just for the time being. I am aware that the patch will only include bugfixes, I am more cancerned about the full release not having any new models, you know, Pok 1.54

    Also, when playing against chaos AI is it possible to influence what mark is chosen? I want to investigate the Nurgle AI crash but from what I see the mark is randomly chosen making it more difficult to fight a specific chaos legion

    Lastly if this helps, the wraithguard bug seems to happen most often when they are being hit by the imperial guard leman russes and/or artillery tanks.

    Open the \Purgation_Kaurava\Data\ai\races\chaos_marine_race\strategies\chaosbuildbasestrategy.ai by any plain text editor, like notepad or notepad++

    Go to the line 124 ( " local iRandom = math.random(1, 100) ") and comment it by adding " -- " at first place for purpose of fast revert back later.
    Add the new line (after 124) and type local iRandom = iBuildProgram3
    Save the file

    Finally, this glorious mod will get some love. Please Melooo, consider updating old space marines models with new ones, they look too good to be abandoned. How about making a proper chaos dreadnoughts animations for unused models?, i know you can because gk terminators have perfect animations. Speaking of gray knights, i hope your next update will make some balance changes for them.
