Are you thinking to include Brotherhood Champion to the staff?.

@Melooo - quick question: is the new chaos lord model ingame? how about the lightning clawed raptor champion? can guardsmen be armed with autoguns? or conscript models? are textures for Alpha 1 100 percent done?...
@Erd: I did it with around 75% kitbashed from other GK textures by Fleshpoint xD
@Whiteshield: Yes the new chaos lord is in game and raptor champion with lc upgrade is too. About guardsmen or conscripts with autoguns, no, havent put them in game yet and no textures arent 100% finished, there are various stuff that need their texture finished, for example Chaos Vehicles, Renegade Militia, Raptor Jumppack, Chaos Lord Daemon Weapons, Bloodtletters...not sure what else.
Well The Chaos Land Raider was finished by flesh few days after the alpha 1, he is supposed to do rest of chaos vehicles IIRC.
Dude what is the weapon name for the night lord and iron warrior helmet? and also the servo arm. Can't seem to see visual eye candy although they are shown in army painter.
Sorry, know bug in the code, already fixed for next alpha.
IIRC the servo arm bug, is because the addon that upgrades to it, is pointed to modify hardpoint 4 instead of 8 or viceversa.
Anyway if gonna use the Lord with another code in other mod this is what you need to know:

Difference of Warband Visuals is that these are more randomized than the others and are specially coded for ingame change/upgrade keeping some key parts such as heads for create the illusion is the same guy that just changed his allegiance to another god :P

hmmm... could you ummm... simplify your explanation plz?... what do you mean by full IW or NL look?... also you mean to say that the helmets with the vis_warband_ is kinda randomized? and I have to pick the vis_khorne, vis_nurgle, etc. for it to not be randomized?

Noticed something - the chainsword appears with the lightning claw weapon on the second hardpoint if you use it alone and not in conjunction with the lightning claw weapon in hardpoint one.

IW = Iron Warriors
NL = Night Lords
Ok, when you select for example "vis_iron_warriors" in the "marks" hardpoint, the model will display all the Iron Warrior extra visual stuff (helmet, greaves, skirt armour), these parts cannot be chosen independently as they are all bound to the "vis_iron_warriors", this applies to all other visuals, like vis_night_lords, etc.
We are good till here right?
Now each of these god/legion specific visuals have randomized parts, everything has some degree of randomization in the model, which means that by selecting "vis_iron_warriors" doesnt guarantee 100% that the IW helmet will show, i coded it to only appear 50% of the times while the other 50% its between one of the 3 different bare heads or a generic helmet with horns. This same thing applies to other parts of the armour.
Warband visuals do not have the % preference over the god specific parts, thus being more random in appearance.
Yes, although there will still be some minor randomization, by picking vis_nurgle you could end up having a bare head instead of the nurglish helm for example.I have to pick the vis_khorne, vis_nurgle, etc. for it to not be randomized?
Melooo, you did an epic job, however, can I let's see.. what's the word.. beg, for additional weapon types for the armor? I mean could you add a weapon type thats not randomized? Pretty please with khorne flakes on top?
for example: vis_night_lords_not_random, vis_iron_warriors_not_random, etc.
that way, you can choose if you want randomized or non-randomized armor/helmets for some other mods

Its not that easy, however this is what i can do for you, add another hardpoint variant that stops randomization on helmets and torso, locking them to their legion/mark specific.

PS I didn't like the chest armor for the renegade skins, so I removed white bits making the chest outlining thingy, but kept the armour damage and the chaos mark. Still thinking if I should edit the uniforms to give them camo texture or not.
Models "Changelog"
- Chaos Lord with all the upgrade options, different visuals for each legion/mark and lot of random parts
- Chaos Space Marines that works for chosen and aspiring champion, mark specific visual, all possible weapon upgrades and lot of random parts so each look different.
- Chaos Rhino, All possible upgrades and wargear.
- Chaos Predator, All possible upgrades and wargear.
- Chaos Vindicator, All possible upgrades and wargear.
- Chaos Land Raider, All possible upgrades and wargear.
- Renegade Militia, with all weapon upgrades, even Heavy Weapons.
- Noise Marine model changed, to include a bolter being able to have it as main weapon upgradable to either Sonic Blaster of Blastmaster
- New Raptor Model that works for Champions as well, all weapon upgrades.
- Space Marine Sergeants weapon options updated, can change their bolter for any combi weapon

I don't exactly use Combi-Weapons coz I don't know how to implement their damage correctly using the old armour scheme. How do you do it for your mod?

In FoK 3.6 sarges could only upgrade to combi plasma IIRC, i added the other combi weapons as well as some randomization, and the noise marine needed a lot of OE tweaking to use their bolters properly, which i did.Originally Posted by Whiteshield

Added the badge layer and made some more parts TC. The Bolter damage on one of the armour skins have cracks plus inside damage is a bit TC. Added an Scratched Out Imperial Aquila to show their broken allegiance with the Imperium. Will try texturing autogun next.
[EDIT] Almost forgot - added some "age marks" on the armor to make them look worn out a bit.
[EDIT] Finally finished some more parts of the Renegade.

"FoK taskbar"* was adapted to soulstorm but it doesn't support Dark Eldar global abilities yet, i might get around that at some point as it would be cool to have global abilities in all races.
Also the taskbar art for SoB/Inquisition hasnt been updated either.
* that taskbar was coded/designed/created by Patman42 and I for FoK 3.5/3.6 :P
Btw i just finished the Chaos Basilisk/Medusa/Griffon for Iron Warriors "doctrine", also power armoured GK have Nemesis Force Falchions upgrade now
The renegade is looking good, except the gas tank in the back, it looks weird in Trim2, i would colour it the same as armour.
The gas tank I kinda like that way, using Trim 2, but I can easily make it trim 2 when I finish the texture entirely. I already made some bitz of the autogun TC as well as the lasgun. Also don't GK Justicars of the FoK mod have the falchion already?

Some ideas about GK. Sorry if you thik they stink.
1.- You say: “GK Terminators and Paladins will be the same”. Why don´t use GK Paladins as Command squad, in the same way as your last Black Templars development?. So Terminators could be simple troops or elite troops.
2.- I was thinking about Castellan Crowe. Is there just one castellan in GK army or there are others?.
If you think that there are more castellans, it could be possible to implement an option like space marine trait “hold the line” that allow sternguards capture req points. It could allow to recuit castellans (a comander without terminator armor) and a new squad of purifiers that can capture req points.
3.- Last one: what about inquisitors? Are you thinking to use the model we have with three “upgrades” or three different models?. Maybe you can recycle Davian Thule and first librarian without helmet (I don´t remember his name).

@CONDECOR: Dont be afraid to share your ideas man
1.- I decided to stick with old dex Terminator Squad configuration because imo that way is more fitting with the "Uber Elite GK terminators, heroes of many battles" theme, and the new paladins stats reinforce that image. In game terms each GK terminator is at least 2 times worth a SM one, + a Brother Captain as squad leader, that makes them one of the Best units in the entire mod, Ive already made some tests and a little squad of 2 GK termies + 1 Brother Captain, can take care of a lot enemy squads on their own, of course they are also expensive, specially the Brother Captain.
As for the Terminator Command Squad for HQ, that will be in definitively. These will have the same stats, however they will be able to add an apothercary as well
2.- Imo that ability of making Purifiers capture points can be transferred to the Brotherhood Champion
3.- Inquisitors and their henchmen will definitively get a boost, IIRC Horus worked on an Inquisitor Lord model with much more upgrades, im aiming to finish it or make a new one with the same principle. About henchmen, im not sure but i think i will allow the Inquisitor to requisition more than one henchmen retinue at a time. Inquisition needs some more cheap meatshields in early tiers.

Actually, Whiteshild is right about the Night Lords. Page 70 of the 5th ed Chaos SM codex says "Corsucating energy plays across the armour of the Night Lords, who favour swift, decisive assaults." Just wanted to clear that for anyone wondering. Great job on the GK by the way.
@Melooo - Noooo!!! Object Editor keeps giving me the dreaded "Model is not in any known mod projects" error.
[EDIT] Now on another subject, here's the progress on the Autogun. Sorry didn't finish it yet. Was away from home for four days.
PS The bits on the autogun are Trim coloured. Want to give it a shiny effect afterwards. And if you're wondering, I decided to keep the Chaos mark you made on the armour. It gives it a more organic "scratched into the armour" feel.

@CONDECOR: yeah the LoC(Lord of Change) is collecting dust in the svn models repository, it needs animations, i could give it a try later on
@demetrius: errm the Chapter Master has been in game for ages (since FoK3.5 iirc), with all the wargears, texture and stuff seen in that pic, what it may lack is a specular texture layer, but that can be solved without much trouble
