From the furthest reaches of Imperial space, mankind discovered a new breed of enemy. On the planets of Sabbat the Imperial Guard fought and bled against this well trained, drilled and disciplined army.
With a doctrine unknown to Khorne, the Blood Pact fight with supreme tactical efficiency and organisation. Highly ritual, these horrifying figures are true followers of chaos. If the whole of Chaos were as organised as the followers of the Gaur, then surely the end of the Imperium would come a lot sooner then predicted...
This mod introduces a new race to the Dawn of War series, the Blood Pact. Not just a race of traitor guardsmen with stolen equipment, this race comes equipped with new units, new vehicles and structures and a new method of play.
The Blood Pact function with a Doctrine system, similar to the Commander trees in Company of Heroes.
Doctrines:
- Strike From The Skies: The Blood Pact move from the sky, descending on grav chutes to quickly take territory. To support the infantry, the player can use the wicked machinations of Chaos such as the Hellblade and the Hell Talon, as well as multiple call in abilities.
- From the Heart of Hell we March: The forces of the Gaur advance using infantry and vehicle support. The player has access to the famous Death Brigades and heavily armoured assault squads. Also available are the alien allies of the Blood Pact, the Loxatl.
- Bloody them with Steel: The Blood Pact engage the forces with mass armour and mechanised infantry - attacking with such force that the enemy has no choice but to die. The forge world of Urdeshi supplies the player with armour and artillery to utterly smash the enemy.
The average Blood Pact trooper will be slightly better than an Imperial Guard infantryman, but due to the slightly inferior weapons the Blood Pact will not win outright in a ranged situation. However, in combat the Blood Pact will quickly overcome all but the toughest foes. The Death Brigades are a fearless lot, well trained and armoured with a number of abilities and support choices to destroy the enemy.
Vehicle wise, the Blood Pact will be able to call in several kinds of Vehicle, such as the STeG 4 and the AT70 Reaver.

Do you have any plans to add the Tanith in as well, even at some unknown and undetermined point of time sometime in one of the possible futures that may or may not arrive?
