I sense a great dislike against the space elves in you Shuma.
However with the new GW GK codex coming out, I would most respectfully advise waiting for it before doing the GK.
Oh and do you have any dreadnought plans?
I'm really impressed with the Death Korps engineer and Ogryn there. They look incredible, and no, a little artistic license never hurt anybody. Your every post actually makes me more and more excited for a release.
Also I wouldn't call you a misogynist... everyone's allowed their personal preference after all, and considering the gender neutral armor of the Farseer (which I personally think was a much better art direction for them to take than they did with the Farseer in DoW 1) I don't think it'll bug me when you make the Autarch look more masculine. Since you know about male Banshees you're probably aware that Eldar take on a completely different mindset than their normal personality when in war, so I could easily assume she takes on a male one when fully armored and helmeted.
Concerning General "Mercury", personally I don't think I'd have been pissed had he been a woman (like Administrator DeRosa as was the rumor) instead, though that might be because of my own gender, I don't know. I certainly can't speak for everyone, but I know at least a few more people would've been interested in seeing DeRosa as a commander. I should note that I love the character they did opt for. Castor is so British it's fantastic, and he has (IMO) the best voice and quotes of the new units.
Moving back to the Inquisitor... if you're taking suggestions concerning that, perhaps you could make her older and more weathered looking? I'd definitely suggest adding some scars at least. I realize that I'm very likely in the minority for wanting to see a cussedly tough old or middle-aged woman as a commander, but I feel it'd be more interesting than the "smooth-faced dominatrix in anatomically correct armor" look that they went for instead. I've never found having a youthful commander for any of the human factions (be they Space Marines or Imperial Guard) as appealing.
^ More fantasy-related art from WAR, but I feel that their concept for Warrior Priest women was rather good for conveying that "tough" look.
Red glowing eyes for the Ogryn please. I think with his size, that helmet and breather he needs red glowing eyes.
Or some green glowing eyes i mean a-bombed world plus ogryns = green eyes a very dirty green though

Oh my god that portrait is amazing!! if shuma could make a GK terminator armor FC then man that would be epic :O + since animations are customable/mod'able it should be more possible!
BTW shuma for your kasakin helmet for General can it be more high end like giving him a bionic eye? To add on details i mean + is there a way you can replace the bulk of the model i.e. the jacket he wears with something more "trooperish"? kinda like the screens from this
I must say the General would look amazing if he had the same model as that one I know it would take awhile but noone else can do it better right

Hey Shuma, are you going to give the Kreiger sergeants helmets? I noticed in almost every screenie with Guardsmen that the sergeant doesn't have a helmet (which is a bit odd).

To know knowledge there is no Death Corps Model without a helmet, matter of the fact is they could all have 3 eyes and no one would know.

That would be more fitting for the guard wouldn't it? I do have something in mind that's similar to that.
Anyway Krieg Ogryn is done, just some little stuff to fix, bone'ead and rank unlocks to make.
And then the engineers are next, then it's just the commissar lord, general and fixing some stuff here and there for the other guys.

Will there be modder friendly packs?
Well i'm not "doing" them right now, i was doing them, then i stopped. I might finish the warriors and Archon in the future since at least Warriors can use the animations i'll make for the Dire Avengers, but other than that i got no plans to make the entire race anytime soon, especially when as far as i know we cannot add new races to the game without pulling some mumbo jumbo with code.
The Krieg pack will come with all the necessary files to use them in mods.

yep they were in Archives i put em in the only mod folder "modsamples" i try to create a new one "mods"

What error message? Relic's bugsplat error message? Then something's definitively going wrong but i don't think it has anything to do with my files since i can use them perfectly fine, uhm, go to Steam and right click on the Retribution beta, go to properties then to local files and click verify integrity of game cache and see if that fixes it.
caus there were no other methods explained and the folder structure was the same and the modul looked the same too
Go to your game directory GameAssets and creat a folder called "Mods" make sure the folder has a capital "M" if that dosent work then i would reinstall then try again
Forgot to say to restore your module file to its original form
ok i found the problem , the "Plague Champion Helmet and new Plague Marine team textures" caused the trouble i took it out of the folder and the game starts

Small request I hope you would consider for Ork fans Shuma. I've missed seeing Orks with their basic axe-choppaz. Would you consider a pack that gives Sluggaz and Stormboyz axe choppaz, chain choppaz, and new melee weapons in general? It also be a nice bonus to get some new weapons for Nobz as well. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only Ork player who'd appreciate it.
As for the last picture, would you also consider this Mongolian/Barbarian styled helm for a future Ork pack for Warboss, and other boyz? I know I asked for a Death Korps gear pack for Orks too. I just think Orks have have so much potential for this mod!

personally i wish someone would redo the orks in general, minus nobz they look badass, i dont know if its just me but their faces dont look right compared to GW models and after some of the wargear, which is pretty weak, they just look bad......kommandos, stormboyz

Yes on the axes, dunno about the chain choppas simply because it involves editing animations and i'm too lazy to do that for just a weapon, on the other hand i could make a chain choppa without moving teeth if you want. Dunno when and the third pic is not loading. I do have plans for the Orks and everything else. One of the main things i'd like to do for Orks is this:

Anyway, on a completely unrelated note i've changed the OP(and second post) of the thread, defunct files have been removed(as in files that were lost when filefront herpaderped), images have finally been re-hosted in imageshack, and i updated some old files with direct download links mainly those that were lost from filefront but i managed to rehost in mediafire, some files for modders like the Chaos Terminators are still hosted in filefront(apparently now called gamefront or some shit) mainly because i'm too lazy to re-host them when they're going to be remade in the future anyway. The one exception are the Tzeentch marines which while are not rehosted i downloaded them again to keep a backup in case filefront fucks up again.
i dont realy care about the moving animation just do your best dude like you always do and i'll sit back and relax today cos in the uk where i live its half term finally one whole week of school and i might tey a bit of modeling myself
