    If you're not too busy, Shuma, I've been digging into Savlar Chem Dog fluff and I gotta say I like them a lot. I've seen that some IG from Chaos Rising have a rebreather mask bit on their heads in certain of their randomized squads. (Seen here on the far right: http://www.myriad3d.co.uk/Dow2/Mods/IG/ig_logo.jpg) Would you consider making another "Beauty Guard" replacement for the new IG models that use this mask bit so my dream of having Savlar Chem Dogs in Retribution can come true?

    @Grey Knight stuff:

    I always said i liked the Grey Knights and that i would make them, but the "when" it's not going to be anytime soon. And the Dreadknight is an abomination and i hope whoever designed it is shot.

    The Krieg pack will come with the necessary files for modders, as for the Sternguards i don't know when i'll release them.

    Dunno, it's no secret that i'd love to do everything from the 40k universe but at the moment i don't really have plans for any other guard regiment.

    The Captain armor does work in Retribution, but it's the rank 60 unlock for the FC, to see if it works simply see if Gabriel Angelos has it in the last mission. And which Terminator helmet? The ones for the FC? Not sure, because the way Diomedes's work changing his terminator helmet would change everyone else's helmet.

    Anyway, i'm having some problems with... Something, probably steam, either way my PC is not being very cooperative today, that said i did manage to run Retribution to take some screens of this guy:

    The rank unlock armor for the commissar lord, textures and model is done but you'll probably notice the clipping on his cape/mantle thing so i have some more tweaking to do with this guy, other than this guy is just to fix other minor stuff like give helmets to the sarges and heavy weapon teams and fixing the vox caster, but like i said i can't promise anything since my pc is being uncooperative, at least each time Steam is on which leads me to believe that something's wrong there, but i wont bore you with that.

    tl;dr: Krieg Pack is coming soon.

    With all this talk of rank unlocks and the like, will I be able to field my Death korps online ?

    Obviously, I would be the only one who would know they are death korps, other people would probably just see regular guard troops, but still, is it possible ?

    Shuma, before you release the Sternguards, could you modify the armors somewhat to give the golden wing pattern on jump packs (from the Raven's Barding of Flight) so that we can use them for Vanguards as well, and get the best looking jump packs?

    :O Very nice Shuma. Ok, this has encouraged me to continue my mod. Two things though, I think the armour could do with some more battle damage and wear. Also, the elbow area on the Ogryns looks very flat compared to the rest of it. Maybe keep the arms exposed?

    Now that Kriegers are done, could you alter your "hat and cigar mod", like you said? That hat from the DLC (with the Imperial eagle) is so much more fitting than a commissar's.

    I'm trying to use FCCTHelmet.sga in Retribution and it is not replacing Gabriel's armor.

    I'm also getting some issues with the Krieg Pack in campaign mode. The cadian guardsmen don't seem to have their coats. That doesn't particularly bother me, but the commissars are having a worse issue where the guardsmen shoulder plates appear and one is floating and not following the commissar's movement.

    Amazing pack, Shuma. Just finished downloading it and I'm... I'm blown away... You're just so awesome that the moment you pressed upload I think a thousand women around the world climaxed. One thing though... How come everyone hatin' on the Krieg engineers? Keeping the Catachans? Come on. Wouldn't be Death Korps of Krieg without those badass mofo engineers blowing stuff up.

    Wow, incredible work Shuma.

    Looks even better in-game than it does on your screens, and that's saying quite a bit. Excellent, all-around. Can't help but think this should've been the face of the Guard to begin with rather than the Cadians, especially since they just seem to match the Inquisitorial theme better. If I could give you a medal for this, I would.

    Also, I find it funny that when I requested Chem Dogs you blew me off, but when Potatosock requested it you said "sure". ;p

    Either way though I'll be happy to see Chem Dogs in-game, for sure.

    Death Korps of Krieg Pack = amazing. Shuma your work is good and I am beginning to heavily customize my game with your mods now. It actually makes the game more fun to play when my units look this cool.

    I know I see the Deathkorps and will be adding them in asap but do the helms still work for Retribution? also I'm noticing a lot of add-ons to the single-player aspect, will that be for the retribution as well? (I am sorry if that was covered before but I tried to find it through the 22 pages and didn't see it... I would like to see more love for Eldar perhaps?

    I think most if not all the helmet packs work, but some were just for specific DoW2 campaign charachters (ex: avitus, thaddeus, vanilla ice FC, etc) so you probably wont notice those (the exception being cyrus, i think). I do know that alot of these do work, the ones that dont usually dont for a reason, or are related to rank-unlocks, or they were meant to modify previous campaigns content.

    well I was looking for helms and maybe updated graphics for the textures with this modding for custom games (not ranked) as I don't do a lot of online in DoW2 as bad players would ruin my experience for WH40k

    Actually i'm pretty sure that you asked for Catachans with rebreather masks and i said i'd do them after the Kriegers

    The helmets for the Force Commander with the exception of Diomede's helmet don't work for Retribution at the moment, this is because those helmets replaced Vanilla Ice's head, which is now no longer used in MP, they'll be fixed in the future though. The helmets for guys like Tarkus, Cyrus, Avitus, Thaddeus and generic Space marines should still work in Retribution though. As for the Eldar, i do have something planned for the Autarch and maybe the Farseer, but other than that nope, at least not in a ranked compatible mode, the problem is that there really isn't there much to do with Eldar since they don't have variations, only other thing i have planned is to replace guardians with dire avengers, the problem being there that i can't replace the Warlock sgt with the Dire Avenger Exarch since then he would also replace the Wraithguard's Warlock.

    And what Singleplayer mods? The Tarkus, Cyrus, etc helmets? Those work for MP too, they're just called that because it's easier to write "Tarkus's helmet" than "Tactical Space Marine Sargent's helmet"

    P.S. plasma siphon making all of my plasmaguns have BS1?!?!? a minigun called the Psilencer. i was thinking of rolling a greyknights army but with that codex no way = \.

    That's one hell of a weird bug, i did manage to recreate it but i have no clue of what's causing it, or in other words i think i know what's causing it and i can't fix it. So i have 2 suggestions, 1: Don't play the campaign with this mod, the cadian scheme doesn't even fit the Death Korps and this mods are for MP anyway with a few exceptions 2: Use the beauty guard mod along with the Krieg Pack, makes them look better, but the Commissar still has that floating shoulderpad.
