Also yeah, you can send it to me anytime so I can start working on it. No I do not have winter assault now. It has been uninstalled for the reason of full hard drives.

    Um... Holy Jumboly.

    Ok, so I reread the posts. Couple things I must add.

    The mod is still not downloadable. To all... 1.6 will be done before Christmas... not today or tomorrow, srry. Why? The mod version currently compared to the epicness of 1.6 is crappy. I'm not exaggerating. Krronus's list of the future covers all of it, though I am not sharing anything secret about it just yet. Krronus also wants to see jaw droppers, not... "oh my god, I love this mod! Oh wait the game crashed. F***!" The mod versions currently as well still needs to be patched. Though hands down it's better than 1.59.

    But unfortunately. My original computer crashed! 1.59.5. The mod version I was about to finish upon that very last minute... lost! So now I'm pissed! It was supposed to be done today. So anyways, I patched up version 1.59.4 with a few added extras with my crappy slow laptop and I released that to the team. However I can't test anything, I know not what I created and changed without enhanced mind vision.

    So anyways, thank you Whiteshield for the new teamcolorable if you ever get the chance and I'll see what I can do.

    Alright, alright. My dad took the computer to Best Buy to get it fixed. The Geek Squad will take good care of things... I hope. I'm not remaking 1.59.5 yet since I feel hope for its recovery. I'm lazy anyways. I know not when it will be fixed. But when it is... I can get started on whatever all of you want. Even the stuff Profman96, Slimbuddha an that other dude talked about.

    Ok, I'm just going to give my nonsensical opinion on the mod, or at least its current released state. (1.592 I think I have.) Is it just me, or the necrons really overpowered in this mod, even in just the typical game (not the XP1). I mean, they can produce multiple copies of their tier 3 titan, each of which can theoretically produce entire armies. The Titan itself doesn't take up any choices, meaning that you can combine it with multiple siege monoliths (which are seemingly tier 3.5 titans that can be deep striked.) Both monoliths and siege monoliths appear to be buildings rather then Tanks, meaning they have resistance to things that would seemingly counter them or be expected to counter them. (I'm looking at you Tier 5 Tau cannon)

    Just with the tier 3 and 3.5 units, they can be a match for practically every other army, even when they starting bringing in their Tier 5 units. Then we throw in the Doomsday monolith, that not only has most of the advantages of the other 2, and the strength of Tier 5 Titan... but also acts as a giant oversized and over-ranged Res Orb as well. While some might say that this is in fact a weakness rather then a strength due to the lack of a normal super weapon, in larger games (such as the infamous 450 caps), after a major battle when your sending a second wave in, you can effectively reach/create a 600+ Cap army. (Doing this crashed my comp)

    Also, I'm not sure if this is purposeful or not, but there is the occasional glitch where you can use one Doomsday Monolith (not restored) to produce 2 restored and active DM's. Next time that it happens, I'll try to get screenshots. Also, in larger games, it appears that the eldar don't launch attacks, despite building hundreds of units (there is nothing scarier then seeing an enter quarter of the map consisting of various eldar units.... even if they are on your side.

    Also, just another suggestion, this time for the Sisters of Battle. For the Tier 5 and 6 upgrades, might I suggest having them increase the amount of 'faith' produced/stored, or at least so in massive/XP1 battles. It just seems to me like they are struggling in those kinds of battles, lacking some of the higher punch units that other races have, such as 'liths', terminators or even Ogyrns/Karks. I just figure that this is a more 'characterful' way of buffing them in such battles (a righteous crusade type feel) rather then just adding more stuff. It would also allow them to use more of the avenging Angel unti, which I'm assuming is meant to be a partial counter to those type of units.

    Another simpler idea (or so it seems to this person who has no mod experience) would be allowing them to increase their unit sizes at tiers 5 and 6, if your not able to add in even more, but I kind of like the idea of the faith increase better. Just for the sheer awesome of a dozen Missionary lead sister squads firing golden beams of holy fire at enemies, even as the angels close in.

    Anyway, despite the rambling crap I just stated, I must say that i do massively love this mod, just for the sheer epic feel of it. There is nothing more awesome then watching several dozen tanks punching through hundreds if not thousands of infantry, only to have themselves torn to shreds by the appearance of 8 bloodthirsters.

    We know that the Necrons are overpowerd, and with every new version, we try to balance it more. And 1.6 is gonna be awsome, and more balanced!

    I agree with sucal, it is unfair to the enemies of the Necrons to face lots of Restored monoliths, although it's bloody fun if your the one spamming those units :P fly little red dots fly away I like his idea for the SoB, as the battle becomes worse, the Sisters are able to bring forth their faith into battle, becoming ever more zealous with each tier :P me likey

    The SoB idea is good indeed. But restored monoliths aren't really the problem, its the siege monoliths, but I'm sure that those won't be a problem anymore (if it stays as it is now).

    Necrons NECRONS F.T.W.!!!

    Yeah i like the SoB idea either as they really lack of units when others come with Titans and Super-Heavies! So instead of staying around and watching their base beeing pounded they would use harder their faith to drive the enemies back. To the Necrons i've to mention that the siege Monolith got kicked into oblivion and got replaced by the new Doomsday Phalanx which does far better then. You can still have many restored Monos but you have to build and upgrade them up instead of simply spamming them. I dunno what the Eldars have for a prob here as in my version the Eldar Firedragons kick my Necrons butt and those of many other Races! They're somehow overpowered in T2-T3 till you get hard infantry counter (As they also kill vehicles very fast). My entire Nec army got pounded yesterday by 2 Firedragons and 2 Reaper Squads and even Destructors couldn't bash them and my Necronlord also died very fast as he got melted by the Fusion Guns! I really had to micro them hard with fast melee units like Destruktorlord and Pariahs as scarabs also got pounded quickly by the Fire Dragons and i played only on Normal! The game itself was a 2necs vs Tau + Eldar my ally was rather dumb same as the Tau. So if would've played on Hard then i would got surely obliterated. I was abled to turn the faith of Battle then by going T5 and building a Doomsday Phalanx fully equipped, a normal restored Mono and a Pylon. I used the Pylon and restored Mono to secure my base in order to test the new Doomsday Phalanx and send it alone into the Eldar + Tau Base (They were really close together) and OMG! It was the judgement Day! There were two Hammerhead tanks sitting in their base, several turrets and some Infantry. Damn i just klicked the Doomsday Phalanx to teleport into the Middle between the two bases and it left nothing standing! The two best anti vehicle tanks in the game were blown up before you could say "Oh look at that one!" and then the base of them two was next to follow and maybe after 30 seconds there was only smoke and some craters left from the Eldar and the Tau! And that's only version 1.59.4! I can't imagine what will be in version 1.6.

    Necrons 1.59.4 and 1.59.5 difference

    Well 1.59.0 and 1.59.4 are VERY different.

    1.59.4 to 1.59.5 is even better. Especially with the new units.

    Necrons: (Balance from 1.59.4 to .5)
    Beacons redone,
    Doomsday Necron Warriors removed,
    Basic Warriors can become like Doomsday Warriors by research,
    Necron Warriors are produced slower,
    Generators are built slower,
    Destroyer and Heavy Destroyer damage output decreased further,
    Doomsday Monolith can be upgraded with 8 artifacts (3 as usual like the Lord.)

    Changes from 1.59 to 1.59.4 are uber.

    Please nerf the Eldar Firedragons against Infantry ass they are really kicking butt of any Infantry Units even commanders get obliterated unnaturally quickly! You can leave the Vehicle damage they do then untouched. And the Doomsday is meant to bring the Doomsday to your foes so leave the damage it does alone please. At least before the next IMBA Unit arrives

    @Sucal: I think I know what you're talking about for the second creation of the 'Doomsday Monolith'. The Doomsday spawns, but then its structure stays as a halfly restored doomsday monolith, correct? Therefor the structure of it remains clickable. That glitch occurs with regular monoliths too. There is a problem with the squad transformation part in which not only our mod is bugged, but the Necron Monolith itself in DC and Soulstorm is bugged. Any fixes for this is highly wanted.

    Oh and... I have a surprise for all of you, sooner or later. Let's just say the round of applause goes out to my friend Tyrantarmy6.

    To sum up everything from the earlier comments...

    - Extra surplus of Faith after Tier V/VI
    - Dark Eldar surplus of souls after Tier V or VI.
    - More Necron balance.
    - Decrease faith cost for Avenging Angels.
    - Make Avenging Angels tougher.
    - Living Saint changes.

    Anything else?

    there is one more thing that bothers me. The DE mandrakes, at least on Krronus's mod. Mayb u should change them with DE warriors. I mean, switch their places, making DE warriors buildable from DE HQ and mandrakes on the Hall of Blood. And perhaps u could just make mandrakes a one man unit? I mean, if I read it right, mandrakes are supposed to be the DE elite assassin-like unit. Like what Corncobman did in his mod. Making the DE mandrake like SoB Death-cult assassin.

    On a side note, how many units will the Eldar have? Will the mimes be included? or even the Solitaire?

    I have a love hate relationship with surprises....I love it cause it means something amazing is happening but I hate it because of the wait...

    Seems rediculous having the Warriors switched with Mandrakes just like Pathfinders with Stealth Suits but I'll make Mandrakes one man elite assassin.

    I have ideas about the Eldar.
    I have ideas that can kick the NECS butt sky high. No offense Necron lovers, but I think the Necrons had their fun for too long. Will the Eldar still be balanced = yes.

    Yeah you have to wait another while longer but... if I do things as planned and on schedule then you have less then a month to wait.

    Tau already has the love with that new Arka Cannon, far different from 1.59 and the current unreleased. Tau is too strong. New units all they will ever get from here on out. Unless you want unbalance...

    whoa, I just played a game against Necs, me as the Eldar, on Hard....I kicked their butt! I've never felt so...alive. :P The Eldar's speed definitely makes it hard for the slow necs to tech up, dont change anything

    lol, they're a bit powerful early game, it's the exact opposite with the necs (almost unstoppable late-game), but if crons manage to tech up faster, without me harassing them, I'm sure there would have been heavy casualties on my side.....and lead to my utter defeat.

There's this amazing instrumental band called Apocalyptica, their music would fit in perfectly with your trailer.     yup, the team are putting in a whole lot of new units in game. Titans are definitely not forgotten :P you'll be able to control those god-like machines and wreak havoc on your foes! I'm definitely looking forward to his mod's release

    Could you elaborate on this, please? As far as I'm aware this does not happen with the vanilla Monolith in either DC or SS and is only something I've encountered when messing with a structure's offline_ext EBPextension.

    Woot! There is a newer version available of your Warhound Titan? I wondered why it was moving so edgy but that explains much as this seemed to be just a beta/test unit . So i gonna send Cylarne a pm for changing that when his PC got restored. I am also curious about your project then as the last mod i've played from you was during the Winter Assault Era when i was still going to school! So i would be glad if you could us get updated if that doesn't bothers some of your plans of course. To the Trailer i really have to admit that it covers most of our mod gameplay but it's not all! To show every new addition we've made would simply explode beyond the limits of youtube so you gonna have to load it when it comes out and find out! ^^

    Yeah, there was a newer version of the animations that I provided to Zany that he finished off (having learnt to skin things properly). I did have a version of TTRU with those in, I think. Pretty sure he released it. Otherwise you'll have to wait until I rehash the warhound for my mod - I want to add hip hydraulics to it to make it closer to the FW version, and retexture a lot of it. I'm thinking about pushing out some more work on the titans... then do Mars Pattern.

    Yes... I know. the trailer was for 1.59.18, then it was just, taking the new stuff, and type it, and some videos from it.
    If I would have made the trailer for 1.59.4... then it would be like... holy (...)! Where do I start?!!! Trailers are around 2 min... if I would put all good new stuff in it... it would be much too long!
    So... the trailer doesn't really show what it is like... but well, showing gameplay in a trailer... its a trailer for the mod, not a gameplay trailer. People need to see some awsome stuff, but not too much.
    Its ok you think that, but it was my first trailer, and for an very outdated version of the mod. So think whatever you want, but I think, that it isn't bad for a first trailer.

    I have no idea which version of the titan is being used in which mod - I get grumpy when I see the crappy animations. The walk cycle should be smooth, and the toes should flex. The body should pivot and rock with the walk. Basically it's a nice walk cycle. Oddly, I just found a bunch of .max files for it.

    Yeah the Titan was really...basic . So i've heard you want to redo your titan with hydraulics and stuff? If your're struggling with the constraints i may help you! As i was yesterday modelling something new with a hydraulic either and i satabout 2-3 hours to find out the right configuration of constraints and links to get the Hydraulic working like i was it wanted to. Else i can model quick some new weopons for your titan(s?) if you want me, thus providing you some additional stuff as you may not find the time for yourself (Same for me but doing CAD work is part of my study fortunately ). You can then simple rescale them and fit them with your present rig. This might speed things up as i guess that there ain't not that much modellers around there with some intermediate modelling skills and enough crazyness to help insane things coming to life . So pm me or add to friends whatever Winterdyne just answer me somehow .

    Also, very, very, very great news. My computer is fixed and now I can mod again! Yippy! Now I just got to get it from these Best Buy people. So team, prepare for the best surprise yet for we are half way done with Ultimate Apocalypse! Fans of Krronus/Apocalypse itself, after 12/1, 20 days to go! I've decided to finish 1.6 100% by 12/20. That's all folks!

    I don't have a link for it - I have the raw max files. Zany did the OE stuff based on a partial job I did. Otherwise you'll have to wait till my stuff's done. If I get some helpers, especially in the rigging / animating side that don't mind doing the job properly, it'll be a lot quicker. When I get some time I'll probably touch base with Cosmocrat and see what can be done.
