    Oh yeah rigging can be ugly thought especially with all those pesky parameters that show up during the modelling process and everybody of them wants to be animated! So send me a pm if you find some time that we might speed up things up as i think that doing that alone would take way too much time. So take the helping hand if you're ready ;-) and let's see if we can do some outstanding stuff! I see a huge potential during christmas vacations then ho-ho-ho!

    1.6 is the next public release, but were not sure when it would be finished. Ofcourse we try as fast as possible. Maybe... if were very, very lucky, it could be done before Christmas!

    Eh... improve. Upgrade definitely but mostly add new stuff. Anything really, abilities, units, upgrades... whatever you'd like to see? What I hope to accomplish after this version too is this...
    Chaos
    -mark specific sub races
    -Tzeentch
    -Khorne
    -Slaanesh
    -Nurgle
    Possibly all of them have a unique playstyle, for example, Tzeentch will rely more on psychic attacks and ranged combat whilst Khorne is has insane melee damage. Or Nurgle with stinky stuff :P and Slaaneshi followers be resistant to morale. (just ideas)

    Space Marine
    -divided into sub races as well
    -1st company
    Contains (expensive) elite units and vehicles, special heroes with special powers (also expensive)
    -Standard
    Usual SM units, cheaper alternative

    Eldar
    -Give them more Psychic attacks/power (they are the most advanced in Psychic warfare...)
    -Scorpion Tank
    -Stronger and bigger Avatar of Khaine
    -jetbikes (like DE reaver only eldar :P)
    -Add Autarch, mimes, solitaire...anything related to harlequins for speed

    Orks
    -dont really like them :P

    Tau
    -I personally hate them (u have no idea how many online matches I lost against Tau :P)

    Sisters
    -possibly make them into a complete Inquisitorial race, merge them (if possible) with the Ordo Malleus and Ordo Xenos. (u could ask permission to use them from mods that have them, again, just throwing in ideas)

    Necrons
    -Pylons
    -not much, since u scared me with their Titan

    Dark Eldar
    -Webway gates (something like Eldar's only a bit....I dont know....Dark Eldar-ish
    -possibly give wyches a random unit thingy, like FoK's Space Marine Squad
    -add incubi as a separate unit from archon (and make archon attachable to other squads)
    -make the Reaver jetbikes into a squad...its kinda cooler

    IG
    -tanks, tanks and more tanks
    -conscripts (cheaper, less pop, bigger unit quad, ridiculously weak)
    And this...
    Tau:
    -Leave ranged Firepower alone, they need something to balance out how quickly terminators can eat them for breakfast.
    - Bigger Flyers? Something like a Manta?
    - Perhaps Some of the ForgeWorld Battle Suits/Drones. Or just allow squads of suits
    - Orca? -Rather then making them more shooty, why not just make them faster, with a massive ass dropship that can carry entire armies.
    And this...
    1. Maybe introduce more Imperial guard regiments as separate races like the steel legion or the death korps of krieg. The death korps play style would fit this mod perfectly with mass artillery and super heavy tanks.
    2. The imperial guard could always use more types of tanks like the vanquishers or executioners
    3. Chaos Space Marines are Legions not chapters so they should outnumber the space marines. Maybe the squad sizes could be adjusted to maybe 20 per squad to give the legion feel to them.
    4.please add rubric marines (personal table top army)
    5. Maybe for tier VI would it be possible to add super heroes like Abaddon or Calgar. Just picture Abaddon taking on a warhound titan that would be EPIC.
    And this...
    1. give the guards heavy weapons team another upgrade possible mortars.
    2.baneblade variants like the shadowsword (which is a titan killer) and stormblade. I have seen both tanks modeled for dow maybe you can get permission to use them.
    3.Land raider variants for the space marines like the crusader or redeemer
    4. servitor Weapon teams for possible the guard or sm
    I will have to think about others but just wondering why cant necron warriors teleport to siege monoliths? Is it a bug or just because its a new unit it is not programmed
    And finally this...
    - Extra surplus of Faith after Tier V/VI
    - Dark Eldar surplus of souls after Tier V or VI.
    - More Necron balance.
    - Decrease faith cost for Avenging Angels.
    - Make Avenging Angels tougher.
    - Living Saint changes.
    Maybe I can update the first post too and make it look... spiffy.

    OMG, I cant wait for the release. Although, if you're planning on releasing this mod so soon...you still want to add new units? seriously, I'm no modder but from what I hear, adding new units can be quite a drag.

    But since you asked :P maybe you could give the Incubi weapon upgrades? From what I've read (not a lot really) They are an elite sect of bodyguards, capable of being equipped by different weapons to better their melee skills...just sayin

    lol, unfortunately no. I've never seen a mood that has done that. I am curious though, what will be the new units for DE and SoB? If there will get any :P I'd love to see what new units they get, so far I haven't seen a mod that gives 'em anything new it's sad really...

    if i'm not mistaken, the Incubus are actually fallen Scorpions. There's even a slim possiblity that the Master of Blades is Arhra. If you want though, make the Incubus unlimited, but balance 'em out a bit. And make the original Incubus bodyguards better then the standard ones.

    I still dont get when u say Succubi's...do u mean making DE succubi's recruitable like squads?

    EDIT: Oh and, are u really really REALLY sure u'll release the mod in the promised time? Which is, like around the 21st of December right? Cause I dont want to get hoping like crazy and then see that this mod's been....delayed :P

    Dude we'll release DEFINETELY something on the 21th December else if Cylarne's Computer get's blown up by someone and even then we've some swift backups. To the Inccubi i have to admit that's rather my job to do new wepons as they're model based and thus Object Editor related stuff. But there two possible approaches then. The Visual only and the Practical. It's possible to have the Inccubi welding different weaponry but jsut for optical issues (Like having many different kinds of blades but doing code side all the same damage/share the same attribs in general). And then there's the possibility to have all the different weapons have also different attributes which results in surplus of work needed additional. I don't care about the workflow then as i has done yet nothing related to upgrades and stuff like that. I gonna try it out adding the Mortar to the vanilla Heavy Weapon teams of the imps as upgrade. Maybe i can do the Inccubi stuff in the future as raising the diversity of units never can be bad .

    I also have some questions about the Sisters topic you've mentioned. I definetely agree with you having the SoB beeing neglected in many mods and beeing honestly also somehow in ours. I think that the main problem is (at least it's mine xD) the general lack of ideas for them. They don't have the cool forgeworld models like all the other races. They simply lack of new units in my point of view. So i would be glad if you could provide us some ideas dor the SoB we could add to make the Sisters attractive again (to play ). This request goes to all which feel beeing able to answer that ^^ so i hope for many suggestions with pics! As pics make my job more simple .

    - do a massive total conversion for them. More work, of course, but i'm sure it would make them shinier
    - turn these pyro maniacs into the Witch Hunters (I know the creators of the previous mod went...underground, so...put on your modeler's hat and start modeling)

    Or for fun's sake, make them have sub-races.
    a) Fully Inquisitorial (lesser number of units, more focused on elite inquisitorial units

    I think you could take some ideas from the Legions mod, especially the ultra abilities. The effects are more like superweapons.
    For the new race of Tyranid, how about adding Swarm Lord. Though that unit is just announced in Dow 2.
    I am not a fan of SOB, but I'd like to see how people change their playstyle.

    Did you say superweapons?!?!?!?! Actual new superweapon effects!?!?!?!? Yeah, that's like top priority now.

    Sisters of Battle I see most of you want desperately dealt with the most too. I'll see what I can do. Good addition to XP2 I must add when the model gets finished.

    And so the commanders will all get their abilities back. That's a promise for 1.6 as well.

    I think that he means the Exterminatus ability of the SoB from the Legions mod. You might check that out aswell ^^. Damn you gotta get stumbled by all that work aren't you? ^^

    Well done! That was just the part missing for the SoB. So having new units then for the SoB might take some more time, as it seems that there's no mod with potentialnew SoB units willing to help us. So we gonna get our own stuff up then with the contra of an enlarged dev time.

    And you really really have to wait the few days as we're currently adding a whole bunch of new units to all sides that nobody gets neglected. But believe me you gonna get really much toys to play with when this comes out and always remember: It's about to happen within 15 days! I don't care about bad circumstances but we'll test everything out and will release a polished version to the public with less glitches as possible. As i don't think that you want your game session being runined by ugly glitches and bugs ;-) to the future i can only say it's gonna be much more epic than man can imagine if you don't believe me simply ask the next infinity matrix near you .

    Necrons Thought for a potential super unit

    I have a little idea in case you ever decide to add a choice of super units. I was thinking the Necron alternate super unit would be.....oh I don't know.....The Void Dragon !? I remember someone doing a GODLY model of his interpretaion of the Void Dragon on here at one time.......though i cant remember who it was.

    If my tiny word counts, i have to admit that even if we don't get the Void Dragon, then we already have another Epic Super Unit beeing standby here, able to do more destruction than a C'Tan could ever do (In DoW measures) . So Corncobman is right as our philosophy is bigger, better, APOCALYPSE!

    Nah the Void Dragen is not dead! (lol Punk is not ded? xD) He's rather crippled for life and banned onto Mars within the Noctis Labyrinthus. The Omnissiah Machine God is meant to be the Void Dragon as even the Emperor as it best years was unable to kill it! Thus banning it to Mars knowing, that he would manipulate the minds of the later Mars settlers in order to develop new Technologies for his great Crusade! To the epic super unit i've mentioned you'll see it when it's already too late for you to escape from it bringing doom to your armies muahaha! CRONZ F.T.W.! But to bring some joy to your Eldar heart we're also working on a Revenant Titan together with Thudmeizer ^^. Und during christmas i gonna try to do the Cobra Super-Heavy with the Mega D-Cannon! Not to mention what's already done by Cylarne! I know your eldars are emotianally settled but this one...rocks even the deepest deeps of the Warp itself! So get new pants ready when this comes out

    Yep, that's right, the Doomsday Monolith for the Necrons is perfected and ready for action! As for Eldar's next titan, that will not be done soon and in fact, it will not be done for a long time. Though I can be wrong.

    By the way, the reason this has limits is because there is already an XP1. Want no limits, play that. Otherwise, Ultimate Apocalypse stays balanced as possible.

    If I was going for Marines, there would be far more battle cries and gunfire rippling in the background.
    If I was going for an Inquistor, there would be far more pious platitudes, and pretending I was going for peace, even as the vindicare lined up the shot.

    This is only a small request and please feel free to ignore it. But could all of the guardsmen have helmets or a hat. That has always bugged me on the sergeants for the regular guards squads and the kasakins. Like could the sergeants have helmets like the regular guardsmen or maybe a beret.

    The FoK mod has those models, the helmeted officers. Ultimate Apocalypse can use many models of the FOK mod team except a select few as long as proper credit is given.

    Kirbinator: Why the heck would I ignore you? Ha! 13 days dude as I'm desperate to listen to anything. Guardsmen I think now have those helmet models. If they are related to the Conscripts with the back packs and stuff then the answer is yes.

    Sucal: Well, I'll try the Titan Wars mod out and see if I can balance the various titans better then.

    EDIT:
    Titan Wars Mod was what I expected. Yet I didn't expect the game to not end. HQs seemed to be odd hitpoint wise and the titans are cheap. Economy is fine, but the strengths of the titans get nowhere. Overall however the game is fun and is a great idea. I think that's why it was the Titan Wars mod !!!0.4!!!

    Thanks for the consideration. I appricate it. I can give many more bloody ideas for super weapons for other races too. For instance, I don't know if anyone has ever done a model for it, but how about for the Ork's that giant flying fortress form Def Squadron. I'll post a pic. Maybe a Primarch for the Space Marines? Its not as stupid as it sounds, its plausible in cannon, because not all of the loyal Primarchs are dead. Leman Russ disappeared into the warp to look for a cure for the Emperor, saying he would return at the Wolftime, what he called the final battle. Lion El'Jonson, the Dark Angel Primarch is currently in a state of prolonged sleep inside The Rock, mumbling that his time to return to the waking world is approaching. Vulkan of the Salamanders just up and disappeared, no one knows what happened to him. Hell I even suspect the Raven Guard Primarch Corax is currently fighting for humanity in secret, hey SOMEONE had to create the Legion of the Damned. And thats not even TOUCHING the second and eleventh primarchs who are currently unknown period. So yeah, give me some time, I'll spout ideas ^_^

    Do the Sergent's with helmets have those pistols as well? I've heard that the FOK Sergents have bolters and is shown in the Army Painter of FOK with bolters. I don't like the bolter idea. Still, if I have time at the end, I'll update the sergents.

    Their are some sergeants in the regular guardsmen squads that have helmets but their is one at least one model that doesn't but the stormtrooper squads don't have any helmets at all. I was looking at FOK and i think that their is 4 different models for the regular sergeants for the regular guardsmen squads and would see if you could take the model that doesn't have the helmet out and leave the three that have them in.

    FYI, the LotD is a remnant of a Fire hawks strike force lost and trapped in the currents of the warp and afflicted by a devouring warp-disease, nothing more.

    As to primarchs invading the game.. sure, it's an "apocalypse" mod, but this would completely topple the already more than precarious disposition of units. Primarchs are not simple flesh things like marines nor crudely armoured like metal bawkses. They can carve through large forces like a hot knife through butter and only one of their kind is able to really stop them definitively. You'd have more fun adding giant grots than primarchs in my opinion. Well, my two cents anyways...
