We haven't found a way to force the ships to attack missiles, but if they're set on agressive and attack-move, they'll shoot down missiles when they're within their firing arcs.

First the weapons in question need to have an hit rating against those Munition, 2nd i believe the ships need to have Munition in their can attack ability. Anyways might be more to it than that but give that a try and give an order to attack incoming missiles etc cause i have seen fighters shoot down mines.
Anti-missile/mine ships need the minelayer ability too btw otherwise it doesn't work.

I know that in Complex, - Gun Turret-Platform after upgrade is capable to attack missiles!
There should be a way of the decision of a problem, after all mines too can be attacked!
In original game "minesweeperburstcannon"- is a weapon against mines
I tried to use minelayer corvette and have noticed that only after installation only "agressive tactic" minelayer corvette attacks missiles! It is correct!
I would like to create Defense-Anti-Missile Subsystem. Probably to create such weapon subsystem that she attacked coming nearer missiles?

Only allowing the said subsystem weapon to attack munition should be the easiest way to do so.
Likely For this purpose it is necessary to establish only aggressive tactics for Carrier-ship!?
It will be silly!
Possibly idea with a protective Anti-missiles subsystem will not turn out(
Unfortunately I saw as Minelayer Corvette did not attack munition-targets at defensive tactics(
Yeah needs to be set to F4 for best results, better to have a ship devoted to that role too. Though I suppose turrets on a carrier that can shoot missiles would only target those? Turrets tend to be good at shooting other things like that (with shoot at secondaries and shoot at surroundings turned on)
