The item builds seem pretty standard, but I really like how you can view the stats at different ELO brackets.
I'm not really sure how to read that some of the other information TBH, like on this page:

Is the % next to the champ in the "countered by" column how much the corresponding champ wins against? And the bracketed % the difference in overall rate?
What if that certain champ doesn't even specifically counter, but just happens to be on winning teams a lot?

I think the bigger problem is that the counter pick- page isn't differentiated by elo, since the majority of the data is collected from ~1200 elo (according to the site anyway), in which counter-picking is near non-existent (so the results can seem random in places), whereas counter picking gets a lot more frequent as we get higher elo (around 1400- 1500+ you'll start to see some serious counter-pick attempts.)What if that certain champ doesn't even specifically counter, but just happens to be on winning teams a lot?

I've seen her played, and in comparison to other existing champions she actually seems fairly well balanced, and on top of the fills a niche in the giant honeycomb that is our choice of champs. Strategies anyone?

I hate how easily Ahri can escape, 3 mini flashes that don't require a target is quite annoying. I know that CC or silence, but I'm pretty sure she currently beats anyone at escaping. Though I heard her damage output leaves something to be desired, though when you give a champ that much escape it seems hard to balance.
Anyone I recently bought Trundle and Lee Sin in one go (-11k IP XD) and I'm having a hard time ganking with Trundle, I can clear fast as hell and be super safe in lane, but no gap closer or hard cc make ganking really hard for me. Lee Sin I'm still working on, but with all those juking and "pro-play" vids I think I know the basics I should be getting down.

Yes, they found the model, files, etc. for this fellow some time ago- they were added into the game in the Ahri patch. His "Prototype" skin looks especially superb, might be the first one I bother purchasing for this game.

A lot of skins don't have new effects, some of them were just recolours :P
New effects usually come with a hefty RP price tag since only legendary skins get them.
I haven't played this in a long while now, getting rather rusty, I just hope they don't mess with the game too much before I can get back into it X)

Actually some of the recent cheaper skins (~520-975RP) have incorporated new particles as well. Cryocore Brand, Frost Queen Janna, Halloween Nocturne etc.

I tend not to have that much trouble fighting shaco. wards and just random movement gives you a good chance of nullifying his backcrits. plus most of the shacos ive fought make it so painfully obvious they have jackinthebox nests as they keep running in and out of bushes trying to lure me in. i laugh it off and farm minions then go in and murder him.
The real pain is when the bugger plays smart and lures you into the wrong bush while having his traps set on the other side of the map...
So friggin anoying. Gives me a bushophobia whenever playing against him.
pro-tip. if you sense the bushes hes running into are a trap. dont go in. sooner not get the kill then you die yourself. further makign shaco stronger.
The dmg on his jackintheboxes is something to fear.
Yeah, anytime you follow Shaco into a bush, he's not playing smart, you're playing stupid.

AP Shaco can be rendered almost useless by just avoiding bushes. He's a stupid character like Evelynn who's effectiveness relies entirely on the enemy team being idiots.
For fun and trolling potential, get Morgana, Black Shield self, walk into the bush far enough to trigger the traps, and then just leave. Wipe out the frequently 5 minutes of work in a second of uselessness

I kinda like him. He has good burst if you hit all of his skills and that storm can really ruin someone's day. Only real beef I have with him is with his E's casting. It's hard to land on tight combat situations

He has an interesting Kit, but I've yet to see any Viktor do anything worthwhile in a game.
Been toying around with bank Twitch, getting as much gold per 5 as you can (two items + runes + masteries) then roaming the shit out of the map and making the other team paranoid while getting gold as if I'm farming all the time
I've actually found him to be a decent laner, especially after you get the hang of his E. His Q has good damage and is very spammable when leveled up. W can also be used to zone out jungle ganks and escape routes.
What is it you find weak about him?

Oh, and it was 4v5 for most of the game. And I got pooped on by le blanc. But then I found out how amazing(ly helpful) viktor is in teamfights. Dat W and ult.

Hey, Misiok, I uninstalled twice with the intent of never playing again. Now that BF3 is out I doubt I will need to play LoL again or anything like it. I have more than 100 hours into this game and not many good times to remember.
I find 1v1 Leblanc poops on anyone.. That dash/teleport nuke skill -really- grinds my gears.
About viktor, like his look/skins but ive yet to see anyone play him well. So I doubt ill buy him. Think my next purchase will be Vayne or maybe Rumble. As I love being extremly agressive.

You guys need to play with friends and stop giving so many fux, League is best when you're fucking around with buddies. I lose like every other game and I still have fun with the Dunkmaster and the classic 5 tank drag the game out to an hour team.

LoL is definitely more fun with friends, real life or otherwise. Having people whose playstyles are somewhat familiar, who are reliable and willing to cooperate will make the game far more fun and allow you to play at full potential. After playing Dota for years by myself (only occasionally with friends) and then coming to LoL, I would never go back to playing alone again. Even now I rarely solo queue for anything, I prefer to wait and have a team of at least three arranged.
What do you guys think about move speed quintessences for jungling? I just tried switching between MS and AS quints for jungle Xin Zhao and I got the same clear speed (even accounting for lucky crits the clear times would be still be less than five seconds apart), although my hp was slightly higher over the entire duration with AS quints. So in that case I think MS would be better since I would constantly be benefiting from them, where as AS only show their benefit while I auto attack. I don't take armour pen quints for jungling because with 15 from marks and 6 from masteries you do pure damage to all jungle mobs, so anything over 21 is "wasted" while jungling (I get additionally armour pen from brutalizer or black cleaver later on).
Also while less attack speed obviously results in lower damage output, I find that extra move speed immensely helps with ganking, being a melee champ (like most junglers) barely keeping in range for to keep red buff on the enemy or being able to chase slightly better after being slowed or if they flash seems helpful. Additionally it seems easier to stack AS later on, while MS is rare for items.
I feel like I'm only seeing this from one perspective though (pro MS :P) so I'd like some input about MS vs AS quints. I know armour pen quints are also god like (ten armour pen is sexy), but for simplicity's sake let's keep this between AS and MS.

AD quints/reds are technically better than ArPen with the new Masteries if you want to min/max.
AS is good for Xin in my opinion, but you really can't go wrong with MS in general, especially since it is always helpful like you said, and AS isn't particularly hard to build, whereas once you get boots your only other MS is going to be things like Zeals, FoN, or Tri.
don't forget Lichbane and Phantom Dancer for movement items.

After playing Viktor for awhile, I think I'll put him down until they fix all his bugs. And make his Q not useless, especially the item upgrade for it. He needs a bunch of touchup buffs imo, specifically the way his passive works.
Saddens me that Viktor seems to be terribly UP, especially when I really like his lazor. Still didn't get enough IP for him, maybe I'll save instead.
Well it would definitely be nice if the shield component of the Q- spell would arrive much sooner... Currently it's pretty useless at covering against harass, because the travel time seems to be somewhat long at max range. I've found it to be of more useful at prolonged skirmishes and diving turrets.
I do wish that his passive didn't take up an item slot though. That's probably my biggest beef with him. I've found myself several times in a situation where I buy a bunch of different items and I happen to be needing perhaps a ward or a component- item, but the Hexcore in my inventory prevents me from buying that. It creates a clear disadvantage and with the somewhat challenging kit, I don't find the added challenge of a smaller inventory worth the trouble.
Also, just had a very entertaining game as Sivir. It wasn't one of those mass-murder spree games, but had some fun stuff going on in it. Lots of back-and-forth action, including an invasion and some close calls.
