what exactly do you mean? the random pioneers ?
its possible by using a switch actor action applied to the ebps, but that does not work online in any way.
I havent found anything about some random pioneer model yet.
Hey Halftrack, if you would like some help with random skins for units via .rgo editing I'd be glad to help you out. I can also edit the mesh selectors to make model-mixing work better.
@Crasius can you merge the volksgrenadier body with tankbuster legs?that can solve my problem with the volk-tbuster mix.
Here is a pic of the random pioneers I am using as Geschutzwagen crew. Working online with an additional attribute file.

Superb pack, been using it (the usa and we) skins online, now applied the new pe skins, but is it possible, that the panzer grenadiers skin doesn't appear? they are still white, the other units textures seem to have been replaced

yes, they absolutely deserve it. the thing is, I play with my own HD skins for quite a long time, so I always tend to forget that they havent been relesed yet. ;P
And the random skins have to be applied ( and made ) before.

@Halftrack - I say release your CW skins as a traditional skinpack, then do an updated release when you find the time to randomize the skins.

for vehicle skins, I would recommend Georiders or GnigruHs Skins. Both were unfortunately banned here, because they fought each other too much. artist.. tsts.

@Padobranatz:Agreed. Skins are top notch qualitywise, but I cant understand that brown shades either.
@Azooma: those are not sth like grenadier marks. those are rank insignias and its quite usual that soldiers have different ranks.
(Honestly I dont care what this game has, it has so many factual errors. I care for authenticity.)
The Panzerfaust is part of the skin, you need to remove them with making the alpha channel black.
files are located in axis/soldiers/tankbuster

I hope you add the LMG fallschirmjagers soon! They look really good and would go good with my LMG and HMG fallschirmjager squads, do you plan on making them state activated? So, then when you upgrade to LMG's you could trigger that state and apply it? (I'm not sure if this is possible actually because I'm that bad of a modder)

Will you be adding the commandos/airborne with helmet variation? Those are def my favourite part. The turtle helmet is also very attractive
Can't wait for this to be finished, right now I am using your PE, Wehr, USA and Widow's Brits (well, I made some and I added some of Widows because I like his captain/sapper (but it looks like your sapper is similar to his so it will be replaced) I noticed there are 2 types of riflemen though so will they spawn randomly in the same squad or do I edit the ABP or something to make it either regular skin (well not regular, but the regular helmet) or the turtle helmet? I hope they don't spawn in same squad so I don't have different divs in one squad. PS what are those turtle helmets part of? They look sexy like Calgary Highlanders. <<< Hope to god that is what they are.

well, at the moment those are canadians, I must admit I am not so much into british/cw unit designations.
the mix isnt working very well anyway yet.
the plan for the helmet is : 3 states, mkII,mkIII and random, while mk II is default.
Noticed you were getting the multiple face bug ^^^ other than that it looks good although I am not sure as I can't spot any problems.
Why does no one except me remove the shining belt support braces clip from the backside of the waist belt?

volks faces are overlaping with that of tankbusters,,,,, is it just me or does this happens to everyone? if anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.

Really? Wow, time goes fast! But anyway, if you're talking about the Wehrmacht mechanic, you can only put that in the game with mods. Also, I don't think it's because of the patch. Skins don't break because of patches.
hey halftrack, can you please tell me your skin saving settings? im trying to edit your volks' helmet color but the alpha channels keep disapearing when ever i try to save the edited model. i tried DXT1 to DXT5 but they all seem worthless. do i have to recreate a new alpha channel for the new model?
