Hi, ive downloaded one of the replays but when i open it it doesnt play. VLC doesnt play it automaticly so i click the play button but it does nothing. How are all of you playing it?
(btw my VLC is the latest verison)

You play it from within the game. The replay files are not a video capture. They're basically a recording of every command of every player in the game along with the results of those commands (eg, combat results). When the game plays the replay, playing back all those commands/results in sequence just as they happened in the battle while you move the in-game camera around to watch the action wherever you please.
i should have known that, seeing as i have played this game for a while XD. too bad im at boarding school and they dont allow non-school programs on our lappys
