    hahaha i think a good idea would be to release the "Helpless Pack" due to all the mods youve kindly made for me. Well when my army is complete, i need to find a way to get the Iron Kraken helm on the Techie, find another helm for the Apo and get MK4 helms on ASMs.

    A good part of the woa files won't extract properly, luckily some of the requested stuff did!

    do you think you can check out the armaments of war files and try to find missing armours etc...?

    I know you might not be intrested but could you edit shumas Plague lord and release it for retribution or just edit the existing chaos lord and release it? especially now that we have the manreaper, it would be cool: typhus in retribution

    @azariah, the armour stuffs will be do-able once i figure out whats wrong with my copy of 3d-max (says invalid file type when i try to edit stuff), i'll look into the dreadnaught more but it'll most likely have to wait for 3d-max aswell.

    @inharntdispoile, here's a couple versions of Shuma's Chaos Plague-Lord, haven't tested it out for MP yet, but it should work with retribution. no portrait yet either, might end up making one for each except the ranked version, dunno what to put with that one~

    Yep they're fucked, and i don't know why, if you open them in max you get a mess of things that are better left untouched, fixing them is not doable.

    figured it out! it was the .hkanim file causing this crash. hopefully they still work, fixing downloads once these uploads are finished >.>

    oh there wasn't a file outa place, it was just that file causing the startup crash I guess!

    started up a trial for z-brush! definitely missing some steps to get the models rdy for editing, or plugins~
    more research tonight!

    getting a error 998 dxdds.bmi failed to initialize on 3d max start up with window 7, running as admin.

    and when i try to open/import a model (say a dreadnaught .model file I've extracted in a model_editor mod i setup for Santo's tools v.2) it says invalid file type, or just fails to load.

    so its either the startup error, or i'm missing setup/steps to get 3dmax rdy to read extracted files or steps to make those files readable.

    I'll try to figure it out this evening after work~

    wellllll I reinstalled the scripts that come with Santo's Tools v.2 and now i can import/export!

    Epic Armor upgraded with the honor markings ala Azariah!!
    *doesn't replace earned rank honor markings and will overlap!*

    overlap like this! (the chains to the left from my rank gear) the texts on the legs might be from my rank aswell >.>


    there's a few of sarge's mods that will still function. At the moment I'm using the warboss head v.1, and mekboy armour v1. I did check out a couple to see if I could quick fix them for ret. but they're all packed differently, so it would take some trial and error to figure out whats missing and even then they still might not work. that and I don't know how he feels about other ppl using his stuff!

    Just as a heads up, i'm having issues with the Plaguelord gear, no matter which one I dl the body disappears leaving just a floating head/shoulders/belt - is this something known or not? I've checked it multiple times, removing the dl and replacing with say one of shuma's and then replacing that with another diff plaguelord version and it does the same every time, advice would be sweet if possible, cheers mate - and ace work btw.

    It's probably the animation file I had to remove to make it not crash on startup. For some reason i can't pack .kanim files with copetool's anymore and not have the game crash when its starts up. I'll look into it more!

    Crusade Eternal Terminators ;D

    and at last(for now)
    the daemon sword(lvl 60 for chaos lord)
    could you bound this sword on the tzeentch armour(without portrait)
    that would be freakin awesome!

    @Azariah, Dred's Cage is awaiting animations, working on the crusade eternal for terms next. I'll also release one with the Azariah upgrade that I used in the Legion of the Damned mod below. Markings can be shifted when/if I learn howto with 3dmax, and now that santos released a fx editor the deamon sword might be possible. before the power sword fx would show up at his feet on the ground, a nice glowy pyramid. Going to have to check that out, I'd like it aswell!

    @Spess Helix, oh yesh I shall do this next along with the termi armour!

    @Helpless, mk4 helms for asms, iron kraken helm for apo, in the works!


    starting messing around with some flames on armour and this happened! going to release a version with just the flames and some diff helms for some salamanders,etc action!
    using some of Shuma's models, some of Nastynoodle's work, and altered Muertz stuffs!

    Damn, those Legion of the Damned look nice, i think you nailed them. Only suggestions i can think of is that the Legion of the Damned's eyes are orange, or that the grill on their helmets are shaped like flames:

    here's updated helms with red/orange eyes, flame grills, and skull noses! Definitely will be updating more when I learn how to do new stuffs! The original plan was to just make some flames for later use after I learned some more model/animation stuff, but I had a few days that I didn't feel like learning anything new and nothing to do!
    I want to add real bones,flame effects, that brazier looks awesome, and some glowy eyes!

    oh wait that are the colours from hangars mod haha

    the colours from horus are above, i just have the "this thing" there but dont know hot to add them in-game or idk

    the 2 colours should be Ornate Gold and Silvrite Blue maybe he didnt add them in the alpha release but his grey knights are using both colours ;D

    anyway sorry hadrun i totally forgot that hangars stuff is inside too :'DD

    this is not problem guys. you need put Rare armor too. i cant post links but i think you understand lol.
    mediafile /?l6plv3udkpqgiue. copy this file with Dow1armor in mod folder and all work.
