    BDNY's Modding Resource Center -Wooden M1 Carbine Uploaded!



    Welcome to my modding resource center. My aim is to pay back the community for all that I have learned by helping the next generation learn as well. I will post whatever I can here - as soon as it's open, that is. I intend to have everything from new models to tutorials posted here, and perhaps I will take requests once I have a solid footing in this thread.

    So without further ado, a sneak peek at whats to come...

    - Onkelsam: my first modding mentor, back when we knew very little about modding.

    - Aidas2: provides me with excellent models to work with. I'd say we're mutually supportive.

    Awesome work on the Garand rifle nade launcher! Would it be possible to do the same for the K98k? I mean, the nades wouldn't match, of course, but I think it'd be a good placeholder for the mods wanting to provide German infantry with AT capability other than the Faust or Schreck.

    so this will be the 3'rd scoped kar98
    there was an old model mix with springfield 1903's scope and one made by Loran Korn

    maybe make the 12cm german mortar i guess he is saying? So, like in those mods where they have the mortars in which make the arty like explosions have a real model? IDK exactly what he means though. :S

    like this(for more models -then you could also ask: for waht do we need a marder I if we allready have a Tiger? :P )

    (maybe a 10cm or 12 cm Mortar)

    and i dont mean this Karl/Thor stuff (i hate those oversize vehicles)

    As of right now I have no plans of making bigger mortars, for several reasons that do not need to be listed.

    Only 1 more vehicle is planned at this point, but that doesn't mean I won't do edits for ingame vehicles.

    @Jagd, you'll just have to wait and see

    Your daily dose of my insanity is up! Check the first post. And yes, I have plans of doing the foliage camo on the pak on other kraut vehicles

    Garand download is up. Please let me know if it does not work, or it doesn't work ingame. Thanks!

    A quick feedback:

    The garand itself shows up as is should, but if the soldiers carrying the new weapon gets killed there`s something wrong. The "dead" soldier stands with his arms outstretched and the garand is flying in front of him. This lasts a few seconds and then both disappear. I`ve changed the COMMONITEMS.ABP as described and replaced the vanilla line with the new_garand. This evening I will do some further testing. But anyway thx for the download
