I wonder if there could be the game expansion Company of Heroes: Battle of the Pacific, which also take place during WWII. But this game add the Japanese as a playable nation and there is a campaign which focuses of the US battles against the Japanese. The first mission takes place in Pearl Harbor in which the main protagonist, a lieutenant that you name like in Dawn of War 2, must navigate through the ships while shooting down planes with the BAR or machine gun turrets. After a bomb hits the USS Arizona, the ship you're on, you must swim to the shore while shooting planes and escorting a little girl to safety. The rest is up to relic.
