good news all i can go back and put armour on them drivers now,but no arm bands those are what was screwing with ataching stuff right to the drivers.and ty alot darklordzx.
So now the orks will have 2 diffrent trucks to use.give me some vehicles the orks have i can try and make.ive googled alot of them but i know theres more out there.and how many vehicles do you guys want the orks to have,i was thinking same amount of the sm or ig.
oh the tank treads are attached to the wheels so itl look funny moving the treads but they work.only way that can look right by the model design of the pic.and i animated the drivers to work right now so they got armour and move correctley.

Love the Deff Dread model and Wartruk, but I got a little problem with the knife blade, its huge and Orky indeed but under attacks and sync kills the blade will aim to be more between the legs of the enemy. The knife should be ontop of the Deff Dread claw and be more close to the claw itself, that way under regular attacks it will stab for the chest of space marines, nid warrior, chaos space marine and aim for the face of lesser units, and under sync kill the knife would dig into the chest of the foe right between the ribs for pure mayham. But the missiles are perfect now
For the trukz, love 'em. Tho the mekboy driving it should lack the bionic eye. Makes him look too over stashed like a git on wheels, or atleast the antena thing dropped. He would still be a mek but not the same mek as the mek hero type :P For the gunner maybe you could add a plate shield infront? Like a riot shield with an opening where the gun comes through and another opening at his eye area so he can look through and fire, would seem like he was protected from gunfire but can deliver it.
Oh and a support veichle thing that can't attack but gives all Orkz with guns the effect IG general Lord ability does, makes reload time reduced. Make a light armoured truk driven by some grotz or a Mek with alot of Guns and Ammo's in the back :P that way you can cause more dakka but the truk itself can barley take damage like the manticore to balance it out. Call it the Truk 'o Gunz! Would be a perfect Ork edition and good for tankbustaz, lootaz and other slow reloading units.
Would that be a good idea for your ever so awesome mod?

*complete re-do of ork models and some other or stuff, like troops and the like.

*a large number of balance fixes

also we are planning on re-doing just about every race as far as models (and i will be coding in some special stuff for them as well). Shadow don't forget to do the flash gitz. and orkdude love the idea, keep them coming.

@laszers Nice to know my Orky brain is wanted for it's brilliance.
Flash Gitz should be equipted with the Kommando mask just reinforced with steel and flash bitz, armour can be heavy bullet bolts like you can find on the Nobz and Kommandoz pauldrons. Their torso need thick armor among with arms and legs/boots. For the backpack use the Kommando backpack and increase the size, outside that you use the Tankbusta dynamite shoulders, pistols, machine guns, more ammo, weapon parts (so it looks like they can customize their guns), knifes, mine disks like Tankbusta got on their back and for their Nob leader you should add add a skull on the Kommando mask but remove the bottom so the mouth is free and open and ofcourse, add a cigar in his mouth to show off how Nob he is. Speaking of using Kommando stuff, T1 melee based stealth infantry, using stun nade and can be equipted with heavy flamers, Nob leader which could be added T2 could be armed with a smaller chain axe (with normal slugga nob attack animations) and the Mekboy Last Stand DLC pistol for knockover.
About my earlier suggestion about the banner things on the antenna stuff from wraithguard and wraithlords backs, here is an example of what I mean:
And to make Chaos rather complete, make various models, Nurgle space marine models to each unit, khorne berzerker models to each units and Rubric marines for each units, then add an effect that if you choose chaos Lord you get the Khorne models, you choose pleague champion you get Nurgle models and if you choose Sorcerer you get Rubric marines. (no change in the units abilites, just apperance depending on the hero) and add a slaanesh hero if a 4th commander is possible.
IG T2 unit (or 4th hero) Vindicare assassin. Just remove the IG Lords sniper so he wont be sniper and use the Vindecare dude, like a secondary commander like weirdboy, Librarian and all that. And shadow, I've seen your earlier model of the Vindicare at the Grey Knights Return :P
For the IG general you should drop the Commissar wargear add and switch it with a banner carrier weilding the gasmask of a Kasrkin but his eyes are visable as his visor is on his forehead on his helmet, upon the banner you can have some imperial logo stuff and such but in the middle the emblem of your army scheme will appear.
And Tyranid Altelery can be a Pyrovore. Like manticore and whirlwind it can launch a ranged attack, but you can only target one area, the blastdown will cause heavy damage on infantry sending them flying and supresses them for a short period of time.
And one more thing about the Tyranidz.

Anyway, Commissar Lords last powerfist you can get in T3 should not be a powerfist, NOOO! Make it Yarricks claw. Use the Warboss Claw model and change it to look like Yarricks claw, with such ability it should belong to a man that was a legend among the imperium to make the guardsmen refuse to die!
For the Force Commander, swap his head, make him Gabriel Angelos in his new form after the victory against Chapter Master Kyrus. While Speaking of Kyrus, maybe change the Chaos Sorcerer model into Kyrus himself? Like he returns from the warp seeking vengance upon those who stood before him! Or add Kyrus' voice to the Chaos Lord, it would make the Chaos Lord oh so much more awesome to play as, Eliphas is so outdated after Chaos Rising. Kyrus sounds rather creepy like and he insults just about every faction so if someone just uses his voice quotes from the campaign and makes a voice box out of it to add to the chaos lord that would be SWEET!
BUT SHADOW! I still got a bone to break on ya about the Warboss. I love his basics you have added, but something is missing..... HIS PAULDRONS! They are Spikey indeed, but due to his massive body and such he seem a bit naked.... Maybe you could make Grimskullz pauldrons to add on the warboss?
They are rather awesome and they would make the Warboss seem even bigger and more badded than the pauldrons you have added now, ofcourse those ya got now are awesome indeed, but with these he will look even bigger, better, STRONGER! A proppa Boss for a proppa WAAAAAGH! (my WAAAAAGH dat iz) So what do you say bro?

also with copes toolbox.it can do allmost everything ecept make your models for yas lol.thats were i come in.im gona try build the ork wartrak the old school dow1 one.and at the momet orks have battelwagon,wartrukk,halftrakk,deff dread,looted predator tank.so what other ork vehicles you like me to make?and ill get to work on the tankbusters new look and the flash gitz,and some orky troops updates.

But Laszers asks for more ideas and I give more ideas :P and for the Mek in truk, I did not mean to remove the mek but the antena thing poking out his bionic eye. The main mek hero can have it to show he is the big mek while the rest got the bionic eye only. Thats all xD
Btw this is just a question and nothing related to this mod, but is it possible to move the Warboss head a bit more up on the body so his head is more higher up like on Grimskull on the picture I showed in my last post?

I see that your mod dont have renegade guardsmen... I mean, the force of chaos use no only the traitors legion of space marine, but also renegades regiments of the imperial guard, is in fact, a normal human is less resistent to the power of chaos (or the corruption of chaos) that a super-human that is a space marine due the intense training and doctrine.
the heretics/cultist of DOW2 don't count as renegade guardsmen, they were forme imperial citizen until they get corrupted by chaos and server the dark gods with painful rituals (depending of the chaos commander of course), in combat, however they are deplorable make then no more than simples meat shields

ah that caint be done as relic bones are attached to the head were it is orkdude,actuley orks model pieces are the head has its head with alitttle body attached too it.and the bodys are in accessories heads in heads and armour is way orks model pieces are layed out.

ok the renegade of the imperial guard, have their flak armour is adorned with marks of chaos undivided and/or from a single Chaos god,
Skulls and heads attached to the belt or spikes with skulls or with decapitated heads and even horns. their weapons are infused with the energies of the warp (ex: Red plasma gun, Red Flamers, etc...)

Hmm, shadow, is it possible to make something that got its own animation? Like a helmet with the visor up when idle but right when combat starts like shooting, ability use or anything about attacking changes the helmet like closing the visor while in combat?
dont know ork dude as im just now understanding about animations,i reckon if you could use the warboss helmet animations maybe ,were it falls down and he puts it back up by twitching his head back up.but i dont think so.not by me anyway bloodraveage or shuma or horus they be ones to ask.

I made both his cyborg arms from sm dreadnought and deff dread.And the spike looks better on the deff dread now orkdude budy.I got to make the wartrakk and maybe the "ork bomba im gona try" and the orks are done .Ill send the Ork files to Lasers then.Next will be IG,then chaos,eldar and so on.

I have been watching this thread for a while now. And you have done incredible work. Since you indicate that you are about to start improving the IG race - you have said the magic word "IG".
One of the improvements that immediately comes to my mind - is the addition of a missile launcher heavy weapons team, and a mortar heavy weapons team. I am all for giving the IG firepower. One could get carried away adding all sorts of IG vehicles - but since the IG is predominately about massed infantry - I think it is more important that the missing infantry heavy weapons support is added.
That would be a terrific addition to the IG.

well be carefull when you make IG models, Shadow. They are awesome and their stuff is even better but to Dawn of War 2 they might become to OP if you add to much fancy gear :P BUT! To the leman's and Chimera you should do what they did on the DLC, make a Commissar Lord poke out from the top :P

I like the mod but I think the buildings needs to be a little... small, since the maps are designed to be small only to favour the cover system and the tactics feel

ok people ive worked two days trying to keep my word. ive got pics to show off the new awesome ig general.now i hope you all like this new look as i like him he looks grizzled now, not snobish...but if you all dont like his face i can always just put thules on him,now this is thules face but i wanted him to look uniqe to thule original face.
"let me know right away what you think plz" and i took the ig powerfist and a termi claw combined them for the powerclaw for the ig lord general.As for the bases i will "rescale" them down once i get ig done,shouldnt be long to do all those bases. they are way to big, but it will be fixed.just wish i could figure out how to make there guns work with the bases.just to let you all know i havent at all frogot about tau my favorite race,blood and me got a deal im letting him use my gk stuff i made and hes letting me use tau stuff he made.Im going to when tau time comes work on the tau commander first make one like was in dow1 dc and ss.and alot other tau things hopfely even tau turrents.All of this takes time as im the olny modler to make models. but people you will be amazed at out work and ideahs me and laszers has for this mod .im trying like hell to have a difrent race upgraded and done every week.ig is started now so "give me those ideahs plz"."And we thank you for all your suport without you we wouldnt do this".
