Title says it all.
I am in the mood of replaying it but I would like something different...some kind of difficulty mod or or rpg mod...
Is there anything like this?
Even some cosmetic mods would be nice. (no new chapters, I don't want to play as blood angels and then being addressed as an Ultramarine in the cutscenes)
Nope, niet, nein, null, nada. Console ports are unmoddable. The best you can hope for are helmet swaps and colours/badges/some minor armor changes.

Completely unmoddable. Yep.
There aren't many mods in progress for Space Marine; if you want a mod that changes aspects of your Campaign, I recommend this set of mini-mods. That Power Fist looks damn nice, and I like how he's managed to get a Flamer functional.
