Editing official maps - You must save the file to the same data type...

I extraced some official maps and edited them in WB, but I seem unable to save them again, whenever I try simply "saving", or saving them under a different name, I always get the error message:
"You must save the file to the same data type, i.e. Burnt files can't be saved in Generic!"

I figure they are "baked" or whatever (relic doesn't really use a consistent terminology), if I can open them, and edit them, I can save them... right?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

When you 'Save & Bake' your map it will create a baked version in:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war 2\GameAssets\data\maps\PVP
NOT
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war 2\Assets\maps\PVP"

After using this method I have got 8 players on the map. But there are only 6 start position and game crashes...
And map saves after bake in folder like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war ii - retribution\GameAssets\Data\ets\data\maps\pvp"
