Well it's obcious NHCToV mod is still installed. do actually have a filepath documents\mygames\coh\nchtov on your computer? because it is probably finding that and trying to open it OR you have an NHCToV module file somewhere in your installation path. I think you should double check it.

Because, when you install the game, it doesn't first delete all files in the folders, it just merges with them, so unless you deleted the company of heroes folder in your installation path and documents path world builder will still try to load its module files, even if the nhctov path doesnt exist. You could delete the mod NHCToV from your pipeline.ini aswell (sorry all my sentences are mixed together, i have about 30% of my mind focused on writing this and 70% on the TV

well the only module files are the original ones. I deleted the whole thq folder before installing. there is no NHCToV in the my games folder. Thats why i thought this was so weird. what in the documents path does the world builder use its got to be something in there cuz i didnt delete that.

If you try opening up a map in the documents path, worldbuilder will try to first find the folders in there. It isn't until after looking through there does it try to use the pipeline.ini to see where it takes it, so make sure there's nothing in your documents path referring to NHC

ok the path i am going to is my docs/my games/company of heroes/ww2/data/scenarios/mp

there is nothing in that folder. I also just deleted the entire company of heroes folder in the my games to let the game make a new one and it still did it. this is weird no module for this mod, nothing in the my games folder or the pipeline. This is def got me stumped

Hmmm me too, if you're still having problems, make a new mod or download one, then, make a folder path docs/my games/company of heroes/wtvrurmodnameis/data/scenarios/mp
Then open your pipeline.ini and make a new entry which links to your mod's modules, then use that root ^^ to access maps. My ww2 folder path doesn't work anymore for similar reasons and hasn't for months now, I just use my mod, surrender mod and zombie mod to hold my maps. They can also hold sounds and all else.

yea ill try that i was using the moderncombat mod and that was when it started. so i reinstalled every thing. it just doesnt make any sense after a fresh install unless world builder uses something in windows and its messed up like visual c++ or something

    ----------

well tried that now world builder just crashes lol ahhh i really want to make another map

Perhaps your actual relic module file is using NHC mod, why don't you go into your RelicCOH.module file and look around, make sure there are no references to that mod.

yea there is nothing in the module file i checked. plus i deleted the old company of heroes folder then reinstalled.

well, if it works from your installation path and not your documents path it is probably something to do with your folders or pipeline.ini, maybe you don't even have a pipelini.ini, some people don't (not sure why) so if you want, PM me and I'll make a copy of mine and send it to you, then you just put it in documents/mygames/coh

This file is not created by default, at least in versions since 2.3xx, because it is not needed until you deal with mods.

Oh, sorry! Well, I honestly don't know what the problem is :S And I don't think saving to installation path is a permanent solution.

As I note in the warnings.log above colsteel is not loading any mod ...

    21:42:20.90 MOD -- Mounting NHCToV, 2.602
21:42:20.92 MOD -- Failed to mount 'NHCToV'!
... but wb is mounting one. Wb is trying to load the first mod (the module file of this mod) in alphabetical order, if no pipeline.ini is existing. In this case it looks like the module files of the NHCToV mod are still present, but not the mod itself, so wb fails on that step.
