Installation stuck at 15%

My installation is stuck at 15% (Engine\Movies\CreditsMovie.divx) I've heard about Tales of Valor's notoriously long load times, but it's been a hour... Help?

I decided to buy/download COH GOTY edition hoping it would resolve the problem. It created a new one..... I now get a Runtime Error...

With this Runtime error, is there an error code displayed? When does the error appear?
